Hello have you seen any physician for this particular problem, if not I would suggest that first you need to get your check up done by a physician and even if the similar problem persists then you can write again. And secondly, you need to find the reason of getting emotional or anxious first and need to specifically mention the reason here, so that we may work on that reason which is causing anxiety.
