Hi, You are married for 6 months and planning for pregnancy. You can continue to try for conception, if not conceived within 1 year of intercourse, then you and your husband will have to undergo certain investigations. At present, You need to have regular intercourse i.e, timed intercourse during the fertile period that is from day 10 to day 24 of your cycle, then chance of pregnancy is more.

These pills affect menstrual cycle and hormone levels, that is how they stop unwanted pregnancies, she may have delayed cycle, but to be sure take a pregnancy test.

There is very fewer chances for you to get pregnant as you have taken ipill within 72 hours. BUt wait till your perids come. And if they are delayed then after 5 days of expected date you can go for a pregnancy test.

I have bilateral fimbrial block and have taken opinion from 3-4 doctors and they said IVF is the only option. One of the doctor told me that if I undergo laparoscopy than there's a chances of ectopic pregnancy in future. What will be the best option?

I suggest to undergo hysterolaparoscopy to find cause of blockage and open if ppssi le and give you chances for natural conception. But if in laparoscopy we see that the tubes are damaged and it is not possible for us to open them then treatment plan can be made.

First of all aborting with pills is only allowed till 9 weeks. And at 14 weeks you cannot abort with pills or a cleaning (curettage) procedure.

Hi Sir, If a girl eats i-pill without having sex. Then also i-pill effect her to bleed?

Hi Sir, If a girl eats i-pill without having sex. Then also i-pill effect her to bleed?
A very common side effect of taking i-pill is a significant alteration in periods –they can either be early or be delayed. Most women will experience withdrawal bleeding at the scheduled or expected dates, while some may get menses within 5 days. If you get periods earlier then expected, you can be assured that pregnancy has not taken place, but in case of delay in periods, it is best to take a pregnancy test one week over the expected date. This is largely a rare occurrence.

The best way of getting rid of pcod is it lose weight. Avoid oily foods, cut down on white bread, rice, biscuits and sweets. You could take help of a dermat for the acne.
