You are suffering from dehydration. please intake plenty of fluid-water, juices.more liquids than solid. Avoid fried food.

Hi lybrate-user Desi ghee contain short chain fatty acids. If you are consuming within an ideal range then it's totally ok as it does not contain any preservative. Secondly it contains fats which are important in supporting your nervous, skin and mental health but remember you should take it it in an ideal range that is 10-15 gm per day. As I can see that you are not overweight so you can certainly take it. You have to avoid it if you have history of cardiovascular disease. You can have curd. Eat fruits and vegetables regularly. Add water melon and grapes.

Hello lybrate-user Good dietary source of Vit B12 are Dairy products like milk cheese and yogurt. Some types of soya milk and cereals are also fortified with vitamin B12.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. For monitoring your thyroid functions get your TSH test done regularly and dose of medicine is adjusted to keep TSH below 3.0. Avoid vegetables of cruciferous family like broccoli, cabbage,cauliflower etc. Take a balanced diet and maintain your weight ideal for your height. Get your serum vit. D3 test done and if found low take vit. D supplement.

For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Yes there is a video where it is shown that after eating fruits or after taking fructose blood glucose level does not go up. Fruits contain a sugar called fructose (sugar in fruits). It is different than glucose. So it will not reflect in increasing the blood glucose level. Unlike glucose which comes as an end product of all the carbohydrates that we eat - rice, wheat, jowar, bajari or millets, sweet corn etc. Cane sugar which is called sucrose contains one molecule of glucose and one fructose. Glucose increases blood glucose levels. Fructose has a different metabolic pathway. The matter is fairly complicated. This much is sufficient. Thanks.
