Thyronorm is not the treatment for thyroid it just a temporary solution for thyroid. You needs the constitution treatment for this. Because the cause of thyroid is more then 100. So needs to examine your life style, food, your stress and many more things.

Salt restriction diet with regular review of BP medicines. Please see a cardiologist at the earliest. Prior to visit I would advice you to get a 12 lead ECG done at any diagnostic centre. Should there be any requirement of further investigation you will be advised by your physician accordingly. Fluctuation in BP warrants immediate attention and change in dosage if already on medication. Hope this helps. Don't hesitate to see a doctor. That would be my advice to you. Take care.

SORRY TO LEARN ABOUT FLUCTUATIONS IN BLOOD PRESSURE Other factors, such as stress, emotional upsets and food sensitivities can cause an increase in blood pressure. Someone who is salt sensitive, for example, could get a double-digit boost from a big dose of salt These factors may put you at greater risk for experiencing fluctuating blood pressure: high levels of stress anxiety taking blood pressure pills that aren’t effective or don’t last until your next dose tobacco use excessive alcohol consumption night-shift work Certain conditions can also increase your risk for developing an abnormal blood pressure. These include: diabetes pregnancy dehydration cardiovascular disease poorly controlled or uncontrolled high blood pressure obstructive sleep apnea kidney disease thyroid problems nervous system problems.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. With fasting glucose 245 mg you have totally uncontrolled diabetes. Needs immediate treatment. Please come in a private conversation with following details: Fasting, PO glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, extent daily of exercise, dietary pattern & lipid profile. Then I will be able to give specific guidance & prescription needed. Thanks.

The link between consumption of just sugar and developing diabetes is fading away. However there is a link between consuming foods which are rich in simple carbohydrate. Try to consume more complex carbs yet limiting your total carbs to not more than 45% of your entire calorie intake. Stress and genetic predispositions can be factors too. Please consult a dietician for more details. Thanks.
