It will not effect on hormone but loads your kidney. Protein supplements should not be taken for a longer period of time. Take it if you have protein deficiency or else try to take high protein foods in your daily diet.

You need to avoid ghee. As ghee is a saturated fat. You can use coconut, olive and canola oil for cooking but in the restricted amount.
