I am 27 years old female. I Was diagnosed with 10 mm intramural fibroid. Some doctors suggested me to get married. I can't marry for around 2 years because of some reasons. I'm worried about it .Will it grow in size. Is there any complication. Or is the marriage only option? I had spotting between periods. No other symptoms. Please help.

10 mm intramural fibroid will not cause any problem, it's very small ,fibroids usually grow very slowly. Intramural fibroids do not cause intermenstrual spotting.

Hello, My daughter is 1.8 years old. Inspite of brushing her teeth regularly, she has got cavities. I use kidodent. What more precautions can I take to reduce it?

Because she is just 1.8 years we donot recommened any other tooth paste. Should use only FLUORIDE FREE tooth paste for this age. Yes you can continue with kidodent as the kid is nearing 2 years. Avoid keeping feeding bottle in the mouth for the longer time, which made otherwise lead to nursing bottle caries. Its not neccessary that inspite of using good toothpaste, maintaing good oral hygiene ,will keep you cavity free. In some cases it might be heriditary.

Hello, Go to establish a bedtime routine. •Picking up your baby as soon as she starts crying.•.Putting your baby to bed with a bottle, conveying  mixed messages about where and when  to sleep•. •your baby might like the quality of motion-induced sleep, arrange it. •.As your child gets older, plan his extracurricular activities around regular bedtimes and nap times so he's more likely to get the sleep he needs. Give her homoeopathic medicine: @ •You need to assess any unhealthy condition with your baby - earache, colic, febrile condition. You need to remain fit avoiding, junkfood, alcohol and Nicotine to keep your baby  healthy. Give her homoeopathic medicine: @.Cina 30.1 drop with 1tsfl of your milk. Tk, care.

If affordability is not an issue, these vaccine should preferably be given. There is nothing compulsory though. Vaccination will help your baby grow immunity against the disease. It is safe to start the missed vaccine at current age of your child. You should give it as soon as possible. For pneumonia vaccine - one single dose is sufficient at this age. For typhoid vaccine - 1 dose now and then repeat dose after 3 years of age. There is no requirement to wait till 5 years for these vaccines to be given.

Dear Lybrate User Your son is just 2 years and every child has his or her own pace for development. So please give him some time and space to grow. Meanwhile you can check with the Audiologist for complete hearing assessment. This will give a clarity that whether there is problem at hearing level or not. Also keep a check on situation that when does such behaviour occurs? Like it is happening all the time or during a time in day or when you scold him etc. Try some playway activities with him like playing with some blocks, peg boards, colors or amy story time. Don't make that activity too long. It should be short, simple and interesting. Then observe his behaviour. Try these tips and things still persists then consult a child Psychologist.

Hello, he is just below the ideal weight, he could increase in height. But a few kg increase with the increase in height wouldn't do any harm. Also there is no need to worry about the height, the rate of growth of each child is different. Do give him foods rich in calcium, like milk, expose his skin to direct sun light for 30 minutes, everyday, between 11: 00 am-3: 00 pm to get the vitamin d. This would help build the strength of the bones and help grow. Make sure the diet has enough protein which is essential for growth.

Hi Sir, After which month baby started walking by her own or without the support.
Every child's growth pattern is different. Usually babies start taking their first step between 9 and 12 months. Initially they will take no more than 1 or 2 steps while taking support. They start walking independently while that are 14 or 15 months old. But some children even take longer till 16 - 17 month.
