At present your sugar level is almost normal. The way you are leading your life style. Continue it. But try to avoid stress. You are perfect now. You have controlled your sugar level so maintain it. At present you are not diabetic.

My initial examination of hba1c was 6.5.after 6-7 weeks of diet control I checked it came as 6.1.then doctor advised me to go for gtt. It came as 13.3 mmol. Am I diabetic or prediabetes? I am checking my blood sugar regularly now from one week it’s always below 100 in fasting and below 150 after 2 hours of breakfast. I am stressed at the moment. Yes I am doing 30 min walk everyday with no sugar or sweets intake. I have lost 8 kg weight already and in further move to loose more. Please advise.

you need to have food without feeling hungry at an interval of 2-3 hrs.have plenty of water.try to avoid fast foods. you should have balanced diet.

I have no problem of thyroid but still my weight is 32 kg since 7 to 8 years. No weight gain even after trying hard. Height 5.4.age 23. Severely underweight. Hepatitis b +.drank some of multi vitamin also but no result. It any how increases after some efforts upto 35 but again fall back to 32 every time.
