The nurses at the Health First Clinic were really helpful. Even though the problem was not so big, but still the otherdoctors were not able to treat it. Then I consulted Neeraj Kumar Singh.
I was suffering from diabetes which became bad dream for me. I was not getting proper treatment. i had to avoid many things I liked and my day to day activities were suffering. My blood sugar fasting is 129 mg/dl & PP is 210 mg/dl I am also taking cetapin xr 500 mg after breakfast from last eight months kindly suggest further course of action to lower down my sugar ,my weight is around 78 kg and height is 170 cm.
2-soya products are good for health.
3-fruits are better than juices.
4- brown rice is better than polished rice and jaggery is better than white sugar.
5- eat high fiber diet like beans, leafy vegetables.
6-avoid apc where a stands for achar, p for papad and c for chutney.
7-get your health check-up done at least once in a year.
