I would advise you to have loads of milk, atleast 2 glass per day. Fruits a lot of cycling and swimming. Along with it you can a homeopathic medicine as well. You can take it from a good homeopath around you or ask me privately. Only supplements without exercise will give you unsatisfactory results. Unless you have genetic problem. Y you can even. Try yoga.

Hello, you had sex on day 11of your cycle when you may not have ovulated at all and hence chances are fairly less that you may conceive considering that you have a regular-28-30 day cycle. Sex should be performed during fertile period especially 48 hrs within ovulation to increase your chances of conception. Regards.

Please measure her blood pressure and hemoglobin at regular interval. Also a xray of cervical spine needs to be done to confirm spondylitis. For now give her Rhus tox 200 twice daily. If she is already taking any medicine that needs to be thought of again.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.

5 Common Myths about Homeopathy

Homeopathy is an alternative system of medicine which is side-effect free and it aims to cure various ailments by uprooting their cause. It is a relatively gentle system of medicine and its effects start showing gradually with an immune response. Some of the most common myths associated with homeopathy are:

Myth 1: Homeopathic medicines are placebos

Placebos are usually tablets, pills or other such solid oral medications which do not contain an active drug inside them and are ineffective. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), homeopathy is the world's second largest system of medicine. These medicines are not at all useless and they are highly effective as well.

Myth 2: Slow to act and not usable in acute cases

Homeopathic medicines are usually taken in cases of chronic and long-lasting ailments such as arthritis. But there is no such rule that it cannot be taken for curing temporal or viral disorder such as common cold or fever. In fact, they work very well in case of ailments like these and sometimes even faster than allopathic medicine options.

Myth 3: All homeopathic medicines are the same

Due to their physical appearance, all homeopathic medicines might look the same, but in reality, their functionality is very different from each other. Homeopathic medicines usually come from 3000 plant and mineral sources. The most common forms in which homeopathic medicines are manufactured are small, white round pellets, white powder and transparent liquid forms.

Myth 4: Homeopathy is not helpful in surgical issues

Surgical conditions such as hemorrhoids, chronic ear discharge, fissures, and corns are apparently believed to be only treated by allopathic medicines. But this is not the truth. In fact, homeopathy is one of the most effective means of getting rid of your surgery related scars using common agents like calendula.

Myth 5: Homeopathy cannot be combined with allopathy

Normally speaking, allopathic medicines are generally suppressive and they reduce the symptoms occurrences whereas, the homeopathic system is more focused towards going deep to the root cause of the problem and eradicating the same. If taken together, these two systems of medicine will cause you no undesirable side effects and both can work well simultaneously.

* firstly take your meals with proper chewing and do not be hurry in taking meals to avoid acidity after meals. * take less spicy food & avoid chilly in meals. * try to avoid stress. If you feel unable to avoid stress & extra thinking then follow meditation techniques. Sit in a calm & well airy room & do long breathing. Concentrate on your breathing. Do it for atleast 3-5 minutes twice a day. You can do anulom - vilom pranayam in the morning. It calm down your mind and lower the gastric irritation. * put 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunff) in a glass of water in night and drink this water in morning everyday to cure gastric problem. * take few leaves of mint (pudina), coriander leaves (dhania), pinch of rock salt & pinch of black pepper. Crush them well and make paste. Take 1 teaspoon this paste (chatni) with meal in morning & evening.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. •Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. •Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. •Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. •Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. •Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. •Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Pimples may be always due to following reasons Stress Hormonal changes : Hormonal changes due to sexual maturity like – mensuration in girls. Improper Cleaning Habits : Dust and pollution block the pores, if not removed properly causes pimples. Improper Diet : Diet including too spicy, oily, fired and high iodine content food can cause pimples You can take following precautions for pimples first. – Wash your face regularly: Wash your face at least 2-3 times a day. Depending upon the skin type you can wash the face with simple water or with face wash. – Develop a cleansing Routine: Cleansing, toning and moisturizing is an essential part of a skin care. Don’t skip it . If you have an oily skin use a oily free moisturizer. – Avoid exposure to Sun: If possible don’t go out when its scorching, but if you have to go use a sunscreen 15 – 20 mins before going out, cover your face or use an umbrella. After returning just follow your cleansing routine, if you have an oily skin use ice, dry skin can use rose water – Avoid Exposure to dust: Dust particles block the pores causing pimples, cover your face properly while going out. Traveling in a car avoid opening the window. – Drink plenty of water: Water help remove toxins from the body, thus help in blood purification and blood circulation. Impure blood and improper blood circulation re the major causes of pimples, which can be easily removed by drinking lots of water. – Eat right: A diet constituting of too spicy , oily and fried food is the main cause of pimples. Avoid junk and oily food. Develop an habit of eating fresh leafy vegetables and fruits for a healthy skin. Neem leaves: Neem has got an antibacterial effect and is very effective for skin problems. Boil neem leaves with water. Leave the mixture for some time to get cool. Add this concentrated mixture in bathing water.

DEAR Lybrate USER …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 7) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyawardhini vati after meals. C) take 30 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey at night before sleep …. D) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning. E) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. This formula of treatment is effective in PROBLEM OF DARK CIRCLES. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

What are the demerits or emergencies of not operating a testicle hernia. Can it also lead to a cancer? Or any major emergency.

The hernia can get strangulated and in that case it is a surgical emergency. Hence it is advisable to get it operated.

babys usually suffer from small prickles.in many cases calamine lotion usually do well.but if its not reducing means u must show it to ur doc soon as it may be due to allergy from it.or it may be so harsh for ur babys skin now. or it may be some other skin condition .it may be due to food allergy even.

My mother is a diabetes patient. One night after dinner we all went to bed to sleep. But she did not felt sleepy even after 3 hours as she felt body pain due to increase of sugar level in blood. Hello, burning sensation and aching of muscles seen in acute diabete. Neuropathy and neuragia (pain) will be there in inrease of sugar. So take some vitamins before bed time. Have bath of warm water adding salt 1tsf merge her feet 15 minutes, she will get relief during sleep. Continue medicines for sugar. Ok.

Get your X ray done for both the broken teeth.Depending on that if filling has to be done then get filling done,or if root canal treatment has to be done then get it done following capping which will solve your problem.

Hello, Homoeopathy has the best answer for your query.you can lose weight with the help of homoeopathic medicines, without any side effects. This involves correction your metabolism. 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3.
