I am suffering from dry skin and oily skin what do you suggest me to get rid of the problem.
Dry skin needs a lot of care. Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on face or body. Before bath, oil body with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free body wash or a dermatologically tested medical soap. After bath, pat dry within three minutes and apply moisturiser. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds. Use loose cotton clothes. Avoid woollen clothes directly on body. Use it over cotton clothes if required. Where you have oily skin, you can apply a pack of orange pulp, curd and honey and wash it off in fifteen minutes. Do not use soap over it.

Yes there is chance of pregnancy if it was your ovulation days, wait for 3-4 days if still did not get the cycle then get pregnancy test done.

Mr Nadir, Blood sugar control or diabetes control, needs specific drugs plus dietary restriction and regular exercise. The drugs will depend on type of diabetes and blood sugar levels. In case of T1 diabetes only Insulin injections are to be taken and for T2 DM either oral or Insulin injections or both may be needed. If you want any specific advice, please come in a private conversation with details like fasting and PP sugar levels, HbA1c%, present drugs with dosage, dietary pattern and extent of daily physical activity.

Yes, daily and excessive masturbation is definitely harmful. It can cause erectile dysfunction, early ejaculation, sperms count, size problem of penis and body weakness and memory problem also in the long run. I advise you to take proper balanced diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Do meditation for mental strength.

You should take coffee and black salt twice daily to increase your bp. Increase your fluid intake. Before increasing your salt consumption do check with your doctor also, cut down on alcoholic beverages and high carbohydrate foods such as bread rice pasta and potatoes. The proper treatment for this condition depends on the exact cause.

Hello. Use some home methods:- 1. Lemon is very good in decreasing spots. Apply lemon juice on spots with help of cotton. Stay it for 15 mins then wash with plain water. After this apply sunscreen on face. Use this only on spots. 2. Tomato juice is also good. Apply this on face for few mins then wash with plain water. 3. Multani mitti is also good. Mix it with rose water and apply on face till it dry. Then wash with plain water. 4. Coconut oil is also good. Apply it on face or on spots twice a day. All these will help you. For medicine you have to consult me privately. Have a healthy life.

I have old migrain problem from last 9 years its only in 1 side, right side also I feel so much pain pl suggest me.

First of all the diagnosis of migraine is to be confirmed if its not done till now. Many patients diagnose their headache as migraine without doctors opinion. Treatment will vary with the cause of headache. Migraine headache is characterised by unilateral pulsating headache associated with nause/vomiting and photophobia / phonophobia. There are triggers for migraine like sun exposure, certain foods or smell, lack of sleep, excess caffeine etc. The triggers are variable for different patients. Migraine attacks can be managed by simple painkillers like paracetamol but in resistant cases drugs like Sumatriptan may be needed. For frequent episodes of migraine preventive medications are to be taken by prescription. There are various medicines available for this and if control is not achieved with one medicine another drug is to be added. Don't take painkillers daily for migraine headaches, it's better to take the preventive medicines. Painkillers on long term basis can further aggravate the migraine headache into Medication Overuse Headace (Read my health tip on Medication Overuse Headache) Follow these lifestyle changes to avoid migraine headache 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily (aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it. 6. Do pranayam daily. You can consult a pain specialist for therapies like dry needling or botulinum injections for your problem. Consult again for further queries.

Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Do not eat papaya if you diabetic. go for walk daily in morning.

Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture Most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. In ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause..Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Take once a day for 1 week.
