I have fluctuation in b.p from last month. Sometimes normal sometimes high/low. I am on medication from last one month (tazloc h + dsr tablets and roseday 10) in my report its a indication of mild concentric lvh, grade 1 dd. Also a bit increase in cholesterol levels. Kindly see and please advice what to do.

Hlow sir, my name is md arshad age 25 years weight 75 kg height 170 cm, 1 years ago during lockdown when every shop was closed that time I need mosquito nets but unfortunately market was closed that times, so I used mosquito coil for 6 days with full coil every day, suddenly next day when I wake up I feel breathless and difficulty in breathing, and also pain in my centre of my chest some times pain move to my left side of chest, when I run atlest for 200 metre I used more palpitation. I had tested for many things like pft, creatine kinase, bp,blood count test, x ray, lft, but I found every thing in normal range, so Dr. prescribed me medicine like zerodol sp, pan l, etizola 0.5,nexito plus, uprise d3 60k, so after completing my dose my pain had gone but same breathing problem is still remains im me. 1 months ago I test for lipid profile test in my lipid I found total cholesterol 172, triglyceride 287, hdl cholesterol 36, ldl cholesterol 79, vldl 57, ldlc :hdlc ratio 2.19,tc: hdlc 4.79, Dr. advised me to exercise and do yoga atlest 2 hr daily and take healthy food, so I think I start to join gym, do I join or not please tell me sir and also advice me what to do or not. Through my above line that I mentioned here.

Losing Weight

I am 28 years of age and one day found that my bp is 140/100 and heart beat is 138 so I went to a cardio he started a medicine telma and inderal. He said cause is anxiety. Though I do not have any familiar problem of bp. My point is that at this age do I need to take the medicine for lifetime? My height is 170 cm and weight is 88 kg. Please make this doubt clear. I had a echo also but its normal no effect on heart. And can anxiety be measured in echo?

It may be dyspepsia or muscular pain. Go for ecg, echo and tmt. If these tests are normal than nothing to worry.

I am suffering from chest pain with acidity because and no cough and cold particularly no sort of fever, shortness of breath and able to go with regular work and exercise. I am not using any tablets except gelusil.

Treating a Fever

Amlodepine is good drug for elderly people. Telmisartan is good for young people. You can take amlodepine for few days than doses can be changed accordingly.

I am 75 years old and I am hypertension patient. I have been skipped my medicines for last 4 days. Due to this, I feel nausea and dizziness.
Due to this, I went to the local doctor in my area and diagnosed myself.
Earlier, I had taking telmikind 40 mg for high bp for a long time. But after diagnosed he changed my medicine for telmikind to amlodipine.
I am confused, which of the these above medicines should I take? Please advice me.
