For people with severe acne oral retinoids helps control sebum production and pimples. You may need actibiotics to control active acne like oral doxycycline and local clindamycin creams. Once the acne is under control then you can start treatment for pimple marks which may be pigmentation or scars. There are various treatments for acne scars which include creams, chemical peels, microdermaabrasion, microneedling, radiofrequency, surgery, fat fill laser etc. Creams work only for superficial pigmentation not for scars. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen three times a day. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. It need examination and personalized plan. You can consult in private with photographs.

If you are not comfortable in surgery, try physiotherapy, you just observe the changes, arthroscopic surgery rate is good, and post arthroscopy recovery period will take 1 to 2 months time with proper physiotherapy inclusive of it.

You need to re -schedule your son's daily routine for sleep. Make him wake up during the whole day, let him go for playing so that he gets tired after playing during the day and will sleep at night. Avoid giving mobile phones or night watching television, so that he goes to sleep at proper time. Or you can make him indulge in other activities which he enjoys in. This will help her re-schedule his daily routine for more details, contact us.

Hi lybrate-user. Sorry to know your suffering sensitive teeth tooth has a layer on the top called enamel which is a protective layer preventing leakage into the layers beneath this. The next layer below this enamel is called dentine, which is a very sensitive layer. So when you say your tooth is sensitive which means that your enamel is probably missing in few areas or thin in few areas exposing the second layer which is a sensitive layer. There are few toothpastes available in the market which combat sensitive teeth. It works for few individuals. However meet your dentist to actually diagnose the problem and then go ahead with treatment. Your dentist might suggest you simple enamel fillings or any other type of treatment which is appropriate depending on the severity of your sensitivity. Tooth sensitivity can also be due to your gums shrinking and making your tooth look longer. Which would need gum treatment to be done. However get your medical records updated and mention to the dentist if you have any gastric regurgitation, which cud be the cause at times. Minimize the intake of carbonated drinks, citrus fruits, squeezing lemon to food, consumption of wine as these are the very few major culprits to dissolve the top layer of the tooth and exposing the second layer thus making your teeth sensitive. Stay away from tobacco related habits which also makes your teeth sensitive try to use soft tooth brushes to prevent unnesasary wearing of the tooth surface. Your dentist would be the right person to customize the plan which suits you the best as every individual is unique. I hope I clarified your query

My self neeraj and my skin have red pimple which I dont like so kindly suggest me what I should to do.

My self neeraj and my skin have red pimple which I dont like so kindly suggest me what I should to do.
Pimples form when dead skin cells mix with excess oil this mixture plugs the pore, causing swelling. It is very important to keep your face clean when trying to prevent pimples. Washing your face removes dirt, impurities and any excess oil that has built up on the surface of your skin. Use a clean dry towel to pat your face dry. Eat well: Although it’s been proven that chocolate and other junk food don’t actually cause pimples, stay away from oil. Greasy foods can still have a positive effect for your skin. Mix a little turmeric powder with a little coconut oil and apply directly onto the pimples wash it after few hours. Make the paste by rubbing sandalwood stick with rose water on a rough surface and apply on your pimples before sleeping. Use the paste only for limited hours on your face or add some milk while preparing the paste. Milk will help remove the dryness. Do not pop pimples as that will leave a scar behind which is even difficult to get rid of.
