Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite. Supplementation will help only if your diet is good.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Dear lybrate-user, Smoking is one of the reasons for mouth cancer. White line is one of the indication of cancer occurring. Your white line may or may not be a precancerous white line. Always it is better to know early at pre cancerous stage so that it can be treated without any complications. Please consult a dentist or head and neck cancer surgeon for a biopsy - a small bit will be taken and sent for detecting cancer cells. Even if it is non cancerous white line, it is better to stop smoking. It may at any time become cancer if you continue smoking. All the best.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

Hi, here are some tips which you can include in your lifestyle: restrict your sugar intake to 1 spoon per day. Avoid late dinners. Plenty of water intake. Plenty of fibre rich diet in form of fruits, salads, oats, flax, bran, whole wheat cereals. Have good amount of probiotics in your diet like yogurt. 45 minutes any physical activity on daily basis. Avoid overusage of salt intake. Have small meals at short intervals of time. Eat 2/3rd of your appetite. Start with 4 sets of" suryanamaskaar" twice a day, gradually increasing 1 set everyday. Bhujangaasan and pawanmuktasan are also very benifitial in belly fat. Pls see if you ofter feel gastric or bloating, then have more vata pacifying things like heeng, ajwain etc. Try these small changes in your lifestyle, these will definitely help. Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Is there any vaccination or curing medicine for sebahoic warts. I have many on my head spreading day by day and entering face too and vaginal area I heard that it's a HPV (human papilloma virus) Is there any curing or vaccination for that pls let me know.

There is no known vaccination for seborrhic warts and such warts cannot be related to hpv-----------these warts donot pose any threat and people just get them removed for cosmetic reasons------------although such wasts are known to spread in exposed areas only but can sometimes spread on non exposed areas also--------so please confirm your diagnosis that whether these are seborrhic warts or something else----------although these can be easily removed by drying them with liquid nitrogen or electrocutery but myself being a homoeopath will certainly suggest you to go for homoeopathic treatment for such warts through a local homoeopath as a local examination is surely required and there are very good and effective homoeopathic medicines to cure such warts as mechanical removal of such warts will most probably stop warts growth on that particular area but will not help stopping them to appear on other areas----------so inorder to get rid of them altogether, an internal medicine to stop such growths is surely required and homoeopathy can be the answer-------------

It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.
