It may be irritable bowel syndrome. But I need proper history to confirm it. Consult gastroenterologist for better treatment.

It is very unusual that Hb decreases in IBS. It might be something else. Go for thorough check up. Get thyroid function done.

Get thyroid function done. Have plenty of fluid. Fibre rich diet and moderate physical activity 30 min everyday. I think problem will be sort out. Thank you.

Take Dufalace syrup 30 ml at bed time, when you go for passed stool in the morning then you take 2 glass of water.
