Your acne problem can be helped by combined dose oral cyclical pills taken under guidance of a gynae. Regular periods will restart too. Keep taking thyronorm if your tsh was high. Try to lose weight if you are overweight.

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern, Most man are unsatisfied with their penis size but in vast majority such anxiety is unfounded among men, there is no consistent relationship between the size of the flaccid penis and its full erect length. A penis is only said to be unusually small if it is less than 3 inches (7.6 cm) long when erect. The average penis size is about 14-16 cm (5.5-6.3 inches) when erect. You need cat least 6 hour sleep in the night to remain healthy.You are not getting adequate sleep probably due to stress a and anxiety.Reduce your stress level.Take a light dinner and go for a small walk after dinner.Check your Bp and consult doctor

Tribulus is a wonderful medicine. It has libido enhancing effect but you can feel the best results only when taken in a'shastokt' i. E. As per testimonials description of ayurveda. Normally you will feel only diuretic effect without side effects. It also disintegrate calculus in kidney.

I have unprotected sex with commercial sex worker around 24 july and protected sex around 26 august and then no exposure after that till now. 10 days after unprotected - hiv rna pcr negative 28,48,68 days after unprotected - hiv duo negative 4 months after unprotected - hiv duo negative Yesterday (6 months after) - hiv duo 4th generation negative Is my hiv test conclusive? Vdrl, chlamydia,hepatitis b, hepatitis c, hsv2, syphilis all negative Only hsv1 igg positive but no symptoms till now of anything. I am confused that hsv1 I have acquired recently or since childhood? Can I marry? I am fearing. Also about hiv. What more test do I need? I fear that I have caught any disease. What should I do about my hsv1 igg positive status. I do not want to give any disease to my future wife. I have got my lesson.

Dear lybrate-user, You are HIV negative, from any exposure that you have had 90 days before the test. I think you have a lot of money or being misguided by someone. You do not need to undergo so many tests, the worst being three PCRs! Do not worry about HSV IgG. For example, if your rear thigh muscles (hamstrings) are tight, when you sit they will pull the pelvis out of position and increase tension on the lower back muscles. This in turn overstretches your back muscles and with lengthy periods of sitting will cause pain. This is one example of many variations of postural related back pain. However, one thing will be in common, progressively developing back pain from long periods of overstretched and overloaded back muscles and ligaments. When you first start to develop postural back pain it manifests itself as a low grade ache which tends to be relieved with light exercise or avoiding sitting. But after a while the pain increases and tends to be there most of the time regardless of what you do. It should be noted that a small percentage of back pain is caused by more serious conditions like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression. Symptoms that suggest a more serious back problem are leg pains, pins and needles or weakness in your leg or foot. These symptoms need to be properly assessed by a Chartered Physiotherapist So what can you so to reduce back or neck pain? Firstly, break the cycle of sitting for long periods by getting up and moving around every 20 minutes or so and by introducing simple movements that can by Done at anytime, even when sitting (see below). Secondly, a daily routine of stretching and relaxing tight thigh (hamstring) and buttock (gluteal) muscles will help to prevent overloading your lower back muscles when sitting. Thirdly, reduce back or neck pain by relaxing the surrounding muscles and ligament by introducing the following routine 2-3 times a day: 1.Apply heat to the back muscles. A shower, massage or hot water bottle works best. This will help to relax the muscles. 2.Release and relax back muscles through massage, use of a tennis ball or foam roller for 5 to 10 minutes twice daily – purchase a foam roller from www. Physiosupplies. Com/exercise/foam-rollers Here is a video of foam rolling on YouTube 3.Apply movement to the lower back muscles using the suggested exercises below. About a minute of each 3 or 4 times a day will help to recover the overloaded lower back muscles.
