Dear lybrate user, take homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals in a cup of water. Try to get a un-interrupted sleep of 8 hours daily. Drink a lots of water daily. If you have a habit of masturbation then you should not masturbate for more than twice in a week. Abstain from any type of addiction if you have any.

You just need a sleep if 6 to 8 hrs on an average in a day do if you sleep in the day you are going to keep awake in the night make a regular daily routine of your work eating and exercises etc including early sleeping and early waking up time and follow it strictly a little nap of afiund half an hour to 45 mints in the afternoon is sufficient enough.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Hello lybrate-user, Please don't worry about partial tear. As when I was 25 I met with an accident and had ACL partial tear. I gave rest for 3 weeks and then did strengthening vigorously. And now in 33 I'm all fine and I run with my children and sit on the floor. Do just exercises is not enough but proper exercises are which required .meet a Physiotherapist start strengthening. Take care.

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persis

If you have muscle pull then do cold therapy for initial 48 hours twice a day followed by hot fomentation twice a day. Do not lift heavy weights for few days and when your pain relieved do some strengthening exercises of shoulder, biceps, triceps & forearm muscles.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. In initial stages, physical therapy and supportive treatment is management of choice. You need to take following precautions: - to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping both for neck and back region. - take short breaks in between your work to relax your muscles. - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc in case you are having back pain. take sinarest one tab 2 times a day for 3 days. take honitus 2 tsf 2 times a day for 3 days. take dolo 650 mg 2 times a day for 3 days. do gargle , take steam. avoid sudden cold exposure. drink warm water it will help you.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
