1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Hi pain could be because of bony spurs in the heel. Get x-ray done. And wear heel cushions in the shoes, take ultrasound therapy and contrast bath in physiotherapy. It helps along with foot ankle ex's.

Hi, Get your BP checked. If it is normal, then that rotatary feeling may be due to the fluid imbalance in the inner ear, for which you need to consult an ENT specialist for further treatment.

It is because of compression of blood vessels which could be cause of muscle tightness. You can try to stretch the tight muscles, if that helps. But I guess you would need medical assistance.

Massage your soles with coconut oil before sleep, keep cows ghee in diet, take 1 glass of milk in the night, avoid overeating, oily, spicy food.

My lower hip area is paining like hell I cannot bend it pains badly so what should I do to get rid of that pain?
Apply hot fomentation avoid bending forward activities avoid lifting heavy weights like bucket of water etc avoid long standing while sitting back should be well supported & use footrest do back isometrics- keep a roll of towel under your lower back then press your downwards, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times twice daily bridging- lie down, fold your knees, lift your back upwards, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times twice daily slr- lie down, raise your leg straight upto 30-45 degrees, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each leg twice daily.

sometimes stress, being tired or long day naps can cause sleepless nights. relax before u go to sleep. lie on the bed and contract and relax ur muscles. one muscle at a time. a little bit of sleep councelling will help you

I am suffering from rheumatic pain [frozen shoulder, elbow and cervical region] for over five years. Once severely injured lumber and torn ligament of left knee also shoot pain at times. My Age is 61.

Massage with your thumbs from the midpoints of your shoulder blade towards back of your head upto the lower edge of the ear on your either side. Use oil or waer. Move only upwards only. Afterwards do arm rotation forward and backward slowly acupressure and acupuncture are powerful therapies which gives relief from especially joint pains, back pains and lot of other ailments. I am suggesting you a method by which you can get instant relief and continue to do it. However you consult me privately to get permanent solution. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets shelcal 500mg for a limited period 2 months consult after 10 days.

Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help.
