I am suffering through back pain from last 4 years. I had taken many medicinesuppliers but there is no change.
I have pain in my right leg upper heel portion from last few months. Its generally when I walk after sitting for long or early morning when i get off my bed. Though the pain is not intense but it is nagging and for few months now. Please advice.

Low back pain, which affects nearly every one of us at some stage of our active adult life, is one of the most common ailments afflicting mankind. Usually, due to a lack of knowledge and understanding, we are unable to deal with present symptoms ourselves and until now have had no way of preventing future low back pain.
