Usually I sleep a lot, but whenever I am tensed I have serious issues of falling asleep. Any suggestions?

1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep.....massage your hair with good ayurvedic oil like bhring ranj oil.....sprinkle water in eyes.....take sarpgandha vati twice a day 1-1 tab...pranacharya no tens capsule twice a day with warm water.....avoid tea...coffee....junk food...oily food....fermented food....stress...eat green vegetables....drink fruits juices...and 7-8 glass of water.....do pranayama early in the morning....walk for minimum 30 minutes in a day....

Having pain on the back of the knees during last eight months, done mri of lumber spine, no problems i. E. Reports are o. K. hello further details needed but according to ayurveda, its Vaat disorder. I m giving you some tips take Luke warm water only take ajvayan, jeera 1 1 TSP after each meal avoid day sleep continue physiotherapy go near by ayurveda & Pnachkarma centre start massage , steam, janubasti etc. if not possible start oil massage at home, after take steam

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day. What are the best stretching exercises that are helpful in increasing the height of the body?
Hi, The best exercises for gaining height are - swimming, playing basket ball, skipping. Yogasanas like: 1.Cobra pose: Lie prostrate on the yoga mat. The chest and stomach should be on the floor. Stretch out your arms and place them on your side beside your head. Then, try to rise on the hands. Place the pressure evenly on both the hands. Then try to stretch the body as much as you can and hold the pose. This can be repeated at 2 minute intervals. 2.Vertical Bend: To do this exercise, stand on the ground with your legs placed slightly apart. Then try to bend down and touch your toes. While doing this, try not to bend your knees. This asana helps to flex the spine and in turn helps in growth. 3.Vertical Hanging: This is the simplest exercise and the most common. Hanging from a rod helps extend the spine and causes height gain. This also helps to tone the arm muscles.

*take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating *start massage with til- sesame oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath *take sun bath *focus in yourself *avoid stress anger fear *take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. *start chyavanprash in morning. These are also helps in height increase. After 20, process of increasing height becomes slow. However healthy diets will help you. Do exercise & yoga. Esp. Tadashana, suryanamaskar, chakrasahana. In medicine you can use ashvagandha & akkalkaro.

If at 20 yrs you are getting severe hair fall then you are not living right. You must exercise every day to increase circulation. It could be 5-7 mins a day of hard exercise. In your diet make sure you have. Fresh fruits and a full serving of salads: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Consult for hair fall meds.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Most important symptom of pregnancy is missed period. There r other symptoms but all of them appear 2 weeks after the missed period. Those r nausea, vomiting, breast fullness and increased urination. If you have a missed period then you should get urine pregnancy test done at home after 7 days of missed period to confirm it. Menses can also be missed by hormonal changes.
