Dr.R. Kalaivani is known to me for the past 7 years.I have been treated by her on quite a few occasions for my injuries due to sports activities. She has treated my mother and her friends many times. Dr. Kalaivani is a very patient physiotherapist. She listens to people patiently understand the problem and works towards solving the problem till the patient is completely free of pain. She makes sure that all their patients go out from the clinic with a sense of satisfaction. I have recomnended Dr. Kalaivani to a lot of my friends and relatives. In one line - she is very good with her work. Best wishes. R. Narayanan

S. There r many chances that it wd be due to the pectoral muscles in the chest or it may be a referred pain from your upper back strain. Physiotherapist can help you relieve your pain.

Keep a towel roll under your neck while lying down. Deeply massage your neck and base of your head and give ice fermentation in the same area. If you find any relief you may have strain in your neck region.

Use a doughnut shaped cushion to sit. Use a finger shaped ice moulds to ferment the tailbone area. If the pain doesn't subside, get the treatment done in a physio clinic.
