I'm from Punjab I am 20 year old female I want to loose my weight my weight is 72 how can I loose my weight.
If you desire to lose weight healthily and sustainably, I would advise you to give your body time to shed weight. Ideally you should lose 3-4 kgs in a month with a wholesome diet and exercise. I will not advise any short cuts / quick fix solutions to weight loss. Your body took time to gain weight, atleast give it few months to shed. Some basic weight loss guidelines are here- Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45-60 min brisk walk / exercise / gymming and you can easily shed weight. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less (or avoid completely if want to lose fast) and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, veegtables) which are not processed. Have plenty of water and sleep well. first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 6.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach

Hi, in order to avoid acne wash your face atleast 3 times a day. Use aloevera and neem face wash or raktachandan soap. Use blood purifiers like lalima. Avoid oily spicy food. Eat vegetarian food for a month.

Hello. Do you have dandruff on the scalp as falling of dandruff on the body also causes pimple-type eruptions. What was the diagnosis made by the doctors? Can you share a clear photo of the affected area? There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Hello, Half a liter of any juice is tooo much. A Glass (200 ml) should be sufficient in a day,based on your body requirement. Any juice taken cannot prove to be magic to reduce tummy,it has to be combined with good diet and exercise. Every juice has its own nutritional benefits.

You may be having inadequate sleep. You need 6-7 hours of sleep to remain healthy.Check your Bp and hemoglobin. have good nourishing diet, plenty of water,green leafy vegetable,fruits,avoid physical and mental stress.
