Sir, I'm suffering from white hair at age 17 .could you tell the cure of white hair to black.
Premature greying of hairs have various causes like Deficiency of vitamins, folic acid, due to some underlying disease, due to some medication, recovery from major illness, applying colours, stress, humid weather, heredity, genetic or many more .. Firstly its important to know the proper cause of grey hairs for correct line of treatment.. few tips that you can follow, apply egg white with cotton ball on hair roots..keep for 30. Min and wash..apply fenugreek seeds paste to scalp twice weekly..warm some coconot oil wit fenugreek seeds .. keep it as it is..massage the scalp alleast twice weekly ,after massaging give scalp a hot towel steam ..dont apply conditioner to roots, dont use sulfate based shampoos, start taking biotin capsules under doctors guidance, eat more of protien like almond, pulses ,legumes, eat citrus fruits and drink more water.. dont give hair treatments to hair on regular basis, dont wash hair with cold or hot water..it should be luke warm.. eat green leafy veg and Avoid smoking ,alcohol,junks.. practice deep breathing exercises and meditation to relax your mind.. Remember if its a heredity or genetic its important to know whole case history ..to prescribe medication correctly.. white hairs cant be reverted back to black again ,but further whitening can be stopped with proper medicines and management..

A wholesome diet, rich in silica, calcium and iron, will help reduce or prevent hair loss. Green, leafy vegetables, especially sea vegetables, are good mineral sources. Raw oats provide silica. Dried fruits and cherry juice are rich sources of iron.Eat plenty of iron-rich foods, like liver (avoid if you are pregnant) and other organ meat, whole grain cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, eggs, dates, and raisins. For women, thinning hair or hair loss can be a sign of a problem in the gastrointestinal tract. It could be a sign of insufficient stomach acids; it could also mean a deficiency of protein, zinc and other nutrients. For men, balding process can be slowed down by taking a low-fat diet. Some scientists postulate that the male pattern baldness is tied to increased testosterone levels during puberty. A high-fat, meat-based diet raises testosterone levels, and that may adversely affect hair follicles. Anemia is one of the most frequent causes of hair loss. European studies have found that soy protein reinforces hair and stimulates its growth. Tofu and soy milk are good sources of soy protein. Other good sources of protein are: low-fat cheese, eggs, fish, beans, brewer's yeast and yogurt. Vitamin c improves the absorption of iron. Include a good serving of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Vitamin e is important for healthy hair growth. Eat avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil on a regular basis. If hair loss is due to thyroid dysfunction, eat more foods rich in vitamin a and iodine. Eat vegetables such as carrots or spinach in unrefined, cold-pressed seed oils such as flax, walnut or pumpkin seed and sea salt. Take turnips, cabbage, mustard, soy beans, peanuts, pine nuts and millet if there is a deficiency of iodine. Caution: excessive intake of vitamin A can cause hair loss.

I am 23 year old and my hair is falling every day I wanted to stop that and need my hair growth and also strong hair ...
Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hair growth and repair

I am 27 old mujhe baldness ho Raha kya transplant ek option hai aur aur iske koi side effect to nahi hai.
If the hair recession has only just begun, then there may be a few things you can do to not only stop the hair loss, but even reverse it. Step 1: Find the Cause of Your Hair Loss As there are a few different causes of early stage, it’s first vital that you discover the exact cause so you can treat the loss accordingly. This may be difficult – especially if you believe that a number of factors have played a role.  Step 2: Use Natural Methods to Stop the Hair Loss While hair regrowth is your ultimate goal, you’ll first need to put an end to the progressing loss. This will involve the use of a few different natural methods; let’s take a look! Cleanse and Rejuvenate the Scalp Whether due to DHT sensitivity, traction, or stress, it never hurts to cleanse your scalp and provide it with the nutrients it needs for a healthy environment. Stimulate the Hair Follicles A main factor of hair loss is hair miniaturization. This commonly occurs in MPB, but can also take place due to trauma or other hair loss causes. To treat the miniaturization, then, stimulation of the hair follicles is a must. The easiest way to stimulate the follicles is through scalp massage. This will increase blood flow to the scalp, which delivers necessary oxygen and nutrients while also removing harmful waste. However, a deeper and more effective option is available. Microneedling is a treatment method that involves the use of tiny needles. These needles are rolled over the scalp (with the help of a dermaroller), and cause superficial wounds. As the wounds heal, they go through a three step process (inflammation, proliferation, and maturation) that can actually stimulate hair growth at FIVE times the normal rate! As discussed previously, DHT sensitivity is the culprit in MPB. With this in mind, you can treat the source of MPB by reducing the DHT that’s produced, and removing it from your scalp. The salicylic acid shampoo above will provide you with a great start, but that’s only the beginning. To really get to the source, you’ll need to stop 5-alpha-reductase and DHT in their tracks. An effective way to do this is to alter your diet. There are a few ways to go about doing this. Initially, you can start by adding in foods that inhibit 5-alpha-reductase and DHT. This will help to lower levels of DHT within the body, and can lead to less hair loss. However, if you’d like to trigger regrowth, you’ll need to incorporate alkaline foods.

How To Get Rid Of Warts?

How To Get Rid Of Warts?

What are Warts?

Warts are infectious outgrowths that may appear on any part of the body. For example, the most common warts occur on fingers. They are caused by virus, most typically the human Papilloma virus (HPV) and several of its subtypes. They appear as dense painless rounded nodules of about 0.3- 1 cm in diameter. The mode of transmission of this virus is usually by contact. You can also contract warts by sharing objects like razors, towels or other personal items. They can be sexually transmitted if the warts are present on genitals.

Usually, they are benign outgrowths but sometimes, they may be cancerous if present on genitals.

How To Prevent Warts?

Earlier, the only way to prevent contracting warts was avoiding contact with infected people. But now-a-days, vaccines against HPV are present that are given in teen years to prevent genital warts and cancer caused by them.

How are they diagnosed?

Your doctor can easily tell if the outgrowth is a wart just by having a look at it. If it is not clear, your doctor may take a sample of your skin and look at it under the microscope to ensure that it is a wart.

Treating Warts

Cauterization: Cauterization is a medical procedure wherein a part of the body is burnt in order to damage some tissue in order to prevent an outgrowth. Cauterization can be done by medicine, cryotherapy (using localised or general low temperatures to treat benign or malignant tissues), radio frequency cauterization or laser. The method applied depends on size and location of the outgrowth or the choice of you dermatologist as well. It is recommended to get warts removed at its earliest to prevent spreading of the disease.

Several myths are present in the market that state cure to warts by various homemade remedies but these can do more harm than good. Treating warts must be done by practised medical personnel. Incomplete removal of warts can cause recurrence of warts due to secondary infection. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.
