  1. Tummy tuck will not help you lose weight: Lots of people confuse between abdominoplasty and weight loss surgeries. The former only helps tighten your abdomen. You might lose a couple of pounds in the process. However, this will not help you shed a lot of weight.
  2. You will need to lose weight before the surgery: You will need to get to your ideal weight range before you take up a tummy tuck. This is because once your muscles are tightened, weight fluctuations can disturb the figure and ruin the effect of a tummy tuck.

Good walk. Assess the calories you burn and consume lesser than that. But don't starve and fibres, salads etc may increased along with roasted gramseeds. Lots if liquid. You are young. Do some other exercises too.

Best exercise for burning tummy fat is jogging or treadmill speeds of 6-8. You need to do daily exercise for 40-60 minutes. You can also include abs exercises. You will find many options on Youtube on channels like Fitnessblender and Popsugarfitness. Take care of your diet. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. - Double your water intake. One glass every hour. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Eat slowly and mindfully. - Reduce portion size. Dear lybrateuser, - To build your muscles you have to have a well balanced diet with more of proteins & do regular exercises - have more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, paneer, butter milk, legumes including beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts, soya products, tofu - include a protein item with each meal, also have a protein snack between each meal.

Please take calcium with meal .(start chapati then tablet and then chapati) it is to mix tablet with vegetables. It minimises the chances of stone formation.
