Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hi White spots are due to multiple diseases. They range from idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis to vitiligo. From so much history, I gather its not a congenital problem instead an acquired one. Consultation is very integral in solving this problem.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Hi, the location and the description given by you is pointing towards'milia' milia are small white bumps that form on the face when dead skin cells get trapped beneath the skin's surface, forming small, hard cysts as a result. While milia can occur at any age, it is most commonly seen with infants. Roughly half of all babies experience some form of milia. Milia will disappear without treatment. Management: -regular cleansing is an important step in treating milia at any age. Pat your face dry gently using a clean, soft towel. -go for an exfoliating moisturizer or a targeted exfoliating product. -use a targeted retinol lotion and apply it directly to the area of your skin affected by the milia. -protect your skin from the sun. -avoid heavy cosmetics or creams. -resist the temptation to scratch them away. Milia will disappear on their own in a few weeks and should not cause any discomfort or pain. Home-remedies: -mix the sugar, honey, jojoba oil and vanilla in a small bowl. Add oatmeal to the mixture and stir until the compound becomes a paste. Dip your fingertips into the facial mix and scoop some of the paste out of the bowl. Rub the oatmeal paste onto your face and massage the skin for several minutes. The sugar grains will work as a scrub to remove dead skin and debris. Rinse your face with warm water to remove the scrub. -take pomegranate peels and roast them until they are toasty brown. Crush into a fine powder and mix in lemon juice. Apply to your face and allow to remain for up to 20 minutes. You can do this a few times weekly. Medication: take homoeopathic medication - calcarea carb. 30/ 3 times a day daily for a month, revert.

Hi, basic skin type of any person can be different, as per his or her life style, use of external applications, food, etc. So oil free skin is not possible but you can balance oil secretion by doing following changes 1. Drink plenty of water. 2. Take all seasonal fruits, vegetables salads 3. Avoid using creams on your face, rather use lotion during winters 4. Take proper night's sleep 5. Do breathing and physical exercises for 30-40 mins daily 6. Avoid fried food, junk food and excessive sweets and chocolates.
