Hyperacidity itself is reason for it complaints. Take tab to control it acidity. Also cut down it tea and spicy food intake.

Mostly these are food particles stuck in tonsillar crypts. Nothing to worry. Just gargle properly with water after every meal.

Dear , either you r having fungal infection in ear or congested ear drum. You should avoid water entry in ear and stop cold water immediately.
