hello your mother and u need not worry, diabetic medicines work effectively with regular exercise like walking or yoga and stretching together with healthy balanced diet. include foods like green tea, tea-coffee without sugar, diluted salted lassi, lemon water, salad vegetables like onion, cucumber, tomato, kakri, cabbage; fruits like watermelon, melon. she can start her day with 5 almonds soaked overnight and 4 whole black pepper alongwith green tea and an apple. also she should take green tea before going to bed. avoid foods like mango, banana, arbi, zimikand, cheeku. take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. thank u

Dear lybrateuser, - Along with your studies take a well balanced diet & do regular exercise - take more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & protein foods, also have plenty of oral fluids with 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, do moderate weight lifting, yoga & deep breathing to keep fit - try to follow a proper routine during the day, sleep & wake up on fixed time.

Hye. Take warm foods and easy to swallow foods like khichdi, rice dal, vegetables like potato, pumpkin, doodhi, soups, light kheer, herbal ginger and cardamom tea or soft upma or idli or dosa. Avoid spicy, oily, hard foods. Gargle with salt and haldi warm water. Drink hot milk with haldi or soonth. Take fresh ginger juice and honey, about a spoon thrice a day. Keep hydrated.

This question is for my mother. She is 58 years old diabetic. She have knee pain problem since last 10 yrs. We have tried allopathic, homeopathic and herbal medicine treatment also but so far no use. In time of summer she can walk but not more but in summer time she is not even to walk properly because of severe knee pain. Because of pain she can not move her knees. Is there any proper and permanent solution for it.

Your mother may be suffering from age related degenerated changes in her knee joints. Early morning stiffness and difficulty walking especially with seasonal change is common. Along with allopathic and homeopathic treatments you need to take her to a good physiotherapist who can mobilise the joint to increase the range of motion, give modalities like IFT or Ultrasound therapy for pain relief and exercises to increase the strength of the muscles, and teach her a proper gait pattern. Also please get her Vitamin D and calcium levels checked.

Masturbation is a normal harmless method of releasing sexual anxiety and getting pleasure there are no side effects yes excess of it can distract your mind from other required activities and hence can cause disturbances in your life so just be aware of that it doesn't stop the growth of the body your weight at 19 years is good enough just keep your daily routine active with lots of activities and exercises and good food along with your studies and fixed timings for everything including sleeping as well as getting up and yiu will be fine.

Hi. Pls follow these instructions. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 30 minutes daily. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at the night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and processed food. Take small and frequent meals.
