Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are many causes for chronic headache and my advise to my patients is to get an opinion from a neurophysician for evaluation and appropriate tests. As far as shoulder pain is concerned, if you have no h/o any injury to your shoulder and there are no s/s of any inflammation or infection like skin redness, swelling, local warmth over skin etc, - you can start with ice packs, anti inflammatory medication, physical therapy, activity modification. Most of the issues will resolve if there is no structural damage to your shoulder, if pain persists after 2-3 weeks, then we will have to get some investigations done in your case. Advice hot fomentation. Gentle stretching of hand muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist exerciser. Leg pain- for leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hellow lybrate-user, thick and strong hairs are result of good nutritious balanced diet. please take good and healthy food in morning breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do include 1 glass of milk in your daily schedule. Rinse your hair with water regularly and shampoo it two times only per week. Do not use warm water for washing of hairs, Luke warm will be fine. Eat fresh fruits and dates (khajoors) regularly. Use a combination of castor oil+coconut oil+almond oil (same proportion) for application on roots of hair atleast once a day. You do yoga it is best in fitness & lose wait you wear shoes either shilper light wait & comfortable you teke hot water then deep your leg in hot water when you feel cold then outside your leg you can also some exercise some days OK either you can also take 10-15 days physiotherapy you feel batter then time after physiotherapy.

To get thick hairs follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 2 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth & make them thick. * Take a bowl of curd, apply this curd on your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it with water. Apply this in day time ONCE A WEEK. Do not apply in evening or night.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
