I held a bottle of perfume in my mouth but didn't drink it. I spit it out after 30 -50 seconds. The skin in my mouth is peeling due to that and there is a little pain.

It is because of chemical irritants of the perfume. It will be fine in some days or you could simply massage numbing paste for pain.
