Hi lybrate-user. For removing negative thoughts I can tell you some natural ways to overcome from it .please try and consult some other psychologist/Counsellor of your near by area for face to face consultation which is very much mandatory. Too much of stress and anxiety leads to panic attacks. Thoughts always come to our mind be it positive or negative. Whenever you get a negative thought, try to divert your mind by taking a short walk or at least going away from the current situation. Negative thoughts over a period of time, cause stress and anxiety. Your mind is everything. Remember that your mind consciously or subconsciously control every aspect of your life. Also your life style contributes a lot to stress. Make sure you get at least 6 hours of sleep everyday. At the end of the day be grateful for all the little good things that happened. Have a positive outlook towards life. Do something which makes you happy during the weekends. Spend time with your friends and family. If you're able to keep your stress under control, everything else will automatically fall in place. Try this to avoid negative thoughts. Writing and Destroying If your negative thoughts are linked to a specific strong emotion like fear, anger or jealousy, try letting them all out in writing. Use a pen and paper, and really express all of that pent up negativity. You can then choose a way of destroying this paper, symbolizing your commitment to moving on. For example, you could tear it up, crush it into a ball, burn it, or scribble over it. To bring positive thoughts… Find humour in bad situations. Allow yourself to experience humour in even the darkest or most trying situations. Remind yourself that this situation will probably make for a good story later and try to crack a joke about it. Say you’re laid off; imagine the most absurd way you could spend your last day, or the most ridiculous job you could pursue next. Prolapsed Bladder And Its Symptoms!

A bladder is an organ that stores urine in the body. A prolapsed bladder occurs when the tissue present between the vagina and the bladder is stretched, resulting in a bulge in the bladder. This can result in complications such as leakage of urine and difficulty in passing the same. Based on the severity of the damage, it is classified into four categories -
 

  1. Mild: A small area of the bladder bulges in the vagina
  2. Moderate: The bladder bulges near the vaginal opening
  3. Severe: Protrusion of the bladder occurs through the vaginal opening
  4. Complete: The entire area of the bladder protrudes completely from the body via the opening of the vagina

The symptoms of a prolapsed bladder are: 

  1. Feeling of intense pressure around the pelvic area
  2. Infections related to the bladder
  3. Pain during sexual intercourse
  4. Tissues bulging out through the vaginal opening
  5. Pain in the lower back region

Prolapsed bladder is caused by:

  1. Childbirth: It can cause ligaments and pelvic muscles to weaken thus increasing their vulnerability to a prolapsed bladder
  2. The chances of this disorder increases when one is overweight
  3. Lifting heavy things
  4. Strain caused by bowel movements 
  5. In some cases, it may result from a chronic cough
  6. Menopause, as it limits production of estrogen which helps in maintaining healthy tissues in the vagina

It is advised to check with a medical professional if you experience these symptoms, as a prolapsed bladder can worsen with time if left untreated.

Hi! You need regular treatment for it. Plz start homoeopathic treatment as early as possible. Antidepressants cause bad effects on the body, when you take them for a long time. Hi dear, You want to increase your height or weight or both? For height: As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so there are 2 yrs. More to grow further! Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin D. Vitamin D can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. For gaining weight: It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

How a person is having HERNIA can be detected. Because nearly in 2012 a general Physician advised me that I am having HERNIA. But till date I don't feel any pain or any other discomfort. Even at that of diagnosis itself that Dr. have advised there is no other way of determining the said disease. Is it so .Even after 5 years I am feeling good. If at all if I want to for any screening test what sort of test that I have to undergo?

Most common complain regarding hernia is a swelling around your inguinal region. It's generally reducible at the initial part of disease. Most is the cases the swelling is painless. It swelles more if you are straining or coughing or lifting a heavy wt. My advice is get examined by a surgeon nearby. There is no medical management of Hernia.

Pl take steps to reduce your weight by 10 kgs in 3 months time. Food restrictions and regular exercise can only help you to avoid body pains. Meanwhile, try this for 10 days. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening.

How to be in a situation where stress won't affect us. Couldn't be able to study new things (related with online, Software) due to distractions, low esteem, low motivations. Dear Prasad, these are complex questions needing detailed evaluation. Detailed therapies and medicines are available. However please remember that if you try to forcibly remove negativity it is not possible. You must fill yourself with positivity such that negativity has no space. If you have had a proper meal at home you won't have the urge to eat junk food. Similar is the case here. Have a daily schedule with an optimal mix of pleasurable and productive activities with adequate slot for 7-8 hours of sleep
