If there is no issues like pain and bleeding you can leave the skin tag. If it is causing discomfort then you can get it surgically removed.

Actually I'm a married person and I'm getting overweight. My age is 29 height of 5.7 with weight 70.
Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

To reduce weight naturally you should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimize sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Do 30 mins of cardio and stretching exercise in morning.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.

Take ashvagandha kshirpak 200 m. L. With sunthi churna 1 grms twice a day. Massage ashvagandha oil on whole body at 5.00 a. M. Than do. Pranayam and suryanamaskar daily. Stop to take junk food and cold drinks take cow ghee with all food.

I am taking thyroid tsh treatment for last 2 years. Thyrogram is the medicine weekly 9 tabs. On 29th March tsh was >100. Advise monthly check up of tsh required. Tsh fluctuating frequently. Is thyrogram ok.

I prefer to use compounded thyroids containing both T3 as well as T4. I strongly suspect that you have autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's) If you are happy with present treatment - no need to change.

I think I have no major health issues. But I am too thin in comparison to my height. I am 5'6" high. But I have a very less weight. Only 53 kgs. I don't know why this is happening. But I am not at all happy with this. I don't have any issues regarding food intake. I guess. So I need fruitful advice from experienced physician. Or may be a doctor.

For increasing your weight, eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, corn etc.) and good fats (various nuts, peanut butter etc.), high fat dairy (whole milk, cheese, paneer/ tofu).
