Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. It will make your hormones level normal.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

I have a Diabetic since 2 years, the sugar value were ups and down in the last 2 years due to work burden and not able to taking the tablet properly. Doctors suggested me take the glycomet 500mg and after 1 month sugar value were good control. But I felt that chronic constipation. So left out the Medicine. After I started to doing the gym exercise and some diet like (Green tea,vegetable) I am clean habit person. On recently I have taken the My Blood sugar value which results is Fasting 144 and PP sugar is 272, Urine sugar Fasting Nil and PP urine Sugar is. Next day I have taken the HBA1C test on 6PM value is 5.5. Why it cause ups and down? My age is 33. Pl help me.

rSugars fluctuate depending on the diet,activity, medicine and the stress hormones released in the body. The way your body metabolises your sugar depends on the internal environment .so,it's actually not feasible to check sugars frequently. So,hba1c gives fairly average sugars over a period of 3 months. So,5.5 is good control, u need not worry but follow a balanced diet to me antain the same

Dear lybrate user, to reduce stress in your life, start some exercise, meditation or pick up any hobby. Try to understand the source of this stress, analyse it and find the best options to get rid of this. Stress might cause overeating, so please learn" stress management techniques" to lose weight, concentrate on food having lesser calories and more of proteins and nutrients. Have plenty of water. Go for regular exercise, yoga, cycling, jogging whatever you like. To have perfect relations with your wife, understand what she needs from you. Encourage her to express her feelings and needs and you also express your feelings and needs to her. Open communication, individual freedom of choice, faith, care and love make a healthy married relationship. Also, please understand that if you want to have an" ideal" life, which will have less stress, no sadness and excellent relationships, then you are sure to be disappointed. Every other person in this world would like to have this. But this is not possible. We all will have some stress in life, we cannot be always happy, there will be sad moments in our life. If you workout daily, you should take more protein. If your weight dies not bother you, you must be eating well. If you feel it is more, cut down on your calorie intake.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

If a physically very weak person do exercise regularly. Then is there any bad effect to her body ? I have listen that , if a physically weak person do hard exercise regularly, then their blood level will be diminished.

Dear lybrate-user you are totally wrong. Always exercise should be done till you get sweat under arms. At this stage you have to stop exercise. You regularly do pranayama meditation and exercise take leafy vegetables sprouts and seasonal fruits. Maintain diet timings. You can take ashwagandha powder for general strength twice a day with milk. Review after one month.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: The contraceptive coil comes in two different types: copper-based intrauterine devices (IUD) and hormonal intrauterine devices (sometimes known as IUS – intrauterine system). Both are essentially made of plastic, then either "coated" with copper or hormones. Both methods of IUD contraception are inserted into the uterus to provide long-term and highly effective protection against pregnancy (above 99% effectiveness). This protection lasts for 5-10 years. They do not protect against sexually transmitted infections. A.Advantages of the Copper Contraceptive Coil The copper coil works for about 10 years. You need to attend regular check-ups to make sure that the coil is still in place. Contraception with the coil is about 98-99% effective over a period of 5 years. The biggest advantage of using a contraceptive coil is that you don't need to think about contraception every time you have sex. Except a risk of heavier periods, copper IUD contraception doesn't usually cause side effects because it doesn't rely on hormones to prevent pregnancy. B.Disadvantages of the Copper Contraceptive Coil Your doctor needs to implant the IUD. You'll need to go back to your doctor one month later, who will check whether the coil is still placed correctly. Regular follow-ups are necessary. Another (rare) risk is that the IUD comes out or slips out of its place – which is most likely to happen during the first 3 months. If this happens, you should see your doctor as soon as possible. You can also try to check the threads that come with it to see if it is in place.

You should wait before you start to loose weight. Mild exercises and healthy diet should be followed. Once you stop breastfeeding, you can start with a regular workout routine to loose weight. You know it is temporary, it will be best to remove naturally. There are no such easy steps like vaccine to remove the fat. Liposuction is a technique but it can demand more effort in caring than working out and following a diet plan.
