It is very important for you to remove fried foods from your diet if you have any intentions of losing weight. • Make sure that you do not include fried chicken, fried meat, fried rice or any other fried snacks in your daily diet. • If you completely eliminate fried foods you can see remarkable changes in your weight in a month or two.

Ever Wondered What The Color Of Your Urine Says About Your Health?
For years, human urine has been used as a diagnostic tool for identifying the ailment or measuring up the diseases. That's because our urine tells a lot about what happening inside. The color, density and even the smell is an indicative of our health.

Here is a list of the colors of your urine which conveys how your health is.

1) Colorless or transparent - If you are having colorless pee, then it means you are drinking just a lot of water. You can afford to reduce it.

2) Pale straw color - It is the normal, healthy color, which indicates that you are well-hydrated.

3) Transparent yellow - Having transparent yellow pee is normal. But you might want to add an extra glass of water to your day.

4) Dark Yellow - An indication that although you have normal hydration, you should still consider having some more water regularly.

5) Amber or Honey Color - It is an indication of decreased hydration. So, go ahead and drink some water right away.

6) Syrup or Brown Ale Color - Can be an indication of severe dehydration or liver disease. Consult your doctor if it persists.

7) Pink to Reddish - Beets, blueberries or rhubarb can be fruits that can cause pinkish urine. But if you haven't eaten them, then it might be blood or a sign of infection. It is recommended that you contact a doctor.

8) Orange - Indication of dehydration or a liver or bile duct condition. Consider discussing it with a doctor.

9) Blue or Green - A result of genetic condition or food dye. You can contact your doctor to ascertain the reason. Usually, it is harmless.

10) Foaming - Fizzing or foaming pee isn't actually a problem, if occasional. But otherwise, it might indicate kidney troubles. Consult a doctor accordingly.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Firstly if you are underweight, you need to increase your weight to get back fuller cheeks. At a certain age you lose the teen fats from your face, which is natural. Trying to get chubby cheeks does not mean just piling up fat on your face. You can try to achieve it by toning your facial skin. Also, a good balanced diet is crucial to healthy looking skin. A few natural techniques, exercises and home remedies can give your cheeks a plumper and chubby look. 1. Facial yoga is the best way to get chubby cheeks and tone sagging skin.  2. You can also blow balloons to work out your cheek muscles. You can even perform this exercise by blowing into imaginary balloons. 3. Olive Oil, shea butter, coconut oil and ghee works as the perfect moisturizer for dry skin and ensures soft skin. It also helps prevent wrinkles, tightens skin and makes cheeks look younger. 4. Fenugreek can also help you get chubby yet firm cheeks. Apply methi powder paste as a mask for 10 minutes a day. 5. Rose water should be applied on cheeks before going to bed, and leave it on overnight. The next morning, rinse it off with warm water. Repeat this remedy once daily. 6. Honey helps the skin retain moisture so it looks healthier and plumper. Adding honey to your diet or applying as a pack on cheeks, both are beneficial.  7. Massage your face with cold milk to make skin appear fuller. Avoid smoking and drinking as these habits can cause skin to lose elasticity and make you look older than your age. Drink an ample amount of water throughout the day to keep your body well hydrated. Put sunscreen on your face to protect the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays. Eat foods like nuts and seeds with healthy fats to get smooth and healthy skin.

Sunbathing is something we associate with expats from western countries but we should be doing it too or take vitamin D supplements especially around 50 years of age. This is vital for bones. An increased intake of salmon sardines egg yolks and milk may help too but may not be sufficient so supplements come in.
Accordingly people between 19 to 70 years of age need a dosage of 600iu (international unit) a day and above 70 years of age the dosage is 800 iu a day. And upper limit is 4000 iu. Hence go on and get some sunshine and avoid the pills.

Give her whole cream milk.Nutritional supplements will help to gain weight.Give more dense vegetables like sweet potato with white potato,corn,carrots,beet with other vegetables.Give her dense fruits like banana,grapes,mango,Jack fruits,dry fruits,fruit juice.Add jam,jelly,butter,ghee with her foods.Give more fish,egg,meat,dairy products,soy etc to gain weight.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.More rice,chapati will help.Add extra healthy fat in cooking.No water just before or during meals.Give nuts,seeds.Proper sleep will help.

Without knowing complete medical history and current status of disease, its unfair to comment. Common thing is do walks/ yoga, pranayam and meditation and take herbal support in addition to current med. If response is good, may switch to alternative pathy. Any pathy you take, generally may go for life. Herbal will be without side effect.

Hi i am having B12 deficiency symptoms and side effects.

Symptoms. Anaemia ie lack of blood, pale skin, easy fatigue/weakness, diarrhea. Red tongue/bleeding gums and in serious deficiency. Nervous weakness/difficulty in walking//numbness of hands and feet. Depression. Can b easily treated by inj of vit b12.//oral tablets.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. Join aerobics or Yoga

Hi Mr. lybrate-user Your Ideal body weight 65 kg is must. And your BMI= 17. So your "underweight" bone may weak and do not have enough energy. So please increase your weight as soon as possible. If not its leads poor performance of your activities. You can come to personnel consultation to Gain weight.

Take ashvagandha kshirpak with sunthi churna and cow ghee twice a day. Do pranayam and suryanamaskar daily twice a day. Don't take junk food, fry food.

I use to take too much sugar in tea and use to eat sweets and chocolate a lot. But I am not over weight and use workout regularly running and gym everyday. Do I need to slow down my sugar intake for future or is it have any other side effect as well.

Sugar fastens the ageing process, causes inflammation , weight gain, acne problem, causes addiction & provides empty calories. It is considered to be white poison. It is beneficial to cut won sugar as much as possible.

Dear lybrate-user first you please eat slowl and chew well each core of roti proprly in mouth. It is because all signal of eating goes to brain through mouth only. Mix saliva properly. Drink plenty of water half an hour before and after meal. Take salad huge quantity. Take fruits one hour before and two hour after meal. Secondly your body might have fast metabolism. You eat more fibrous fruits and vegetables.

Hello lybrate-user- weight loss can be easily achieved by following some ayurvedic rules- a) go to bed before 10 pm and wake up early morning if you want to study. B) avoid fast foods and foods which are processed in nature. C) practice kapalbhati pranayam in the morning. D) have foods which have more fibre content. E) take evening meals before 7 pm and try not to take milk while going to bed. F) drink water before meals as it will decrease your food urge and will reduce your weight.
