If its just lifestyle change you can start up with these modifications intially but it is always good to get your harmonal check up done like wise tsh etc. Start with a combination of passive & active exercise everyday atleast for 30-40 minutes include high fiber n low fat diet take proper sleep start taking frequent meals do maintain your weight record. As well you need to figure out that what exactly you need, like what is your fat mass and muscles ratio than accordingly you can go further.

How to increase wrist strength. My age 20. Hand very thin soo wrist grip better for me or not? I take proper diet and 1 km running avoid junk food and drink. I try push up but I can't 2 or 3. please tell any solution. Soo tell me that is good for me Alfalfa Q 10 drops before meals?

While there’s no way to make the bones in your wrists bigger, most bodybuilders think it’s actually an advantage to have skinnier wrists, because it helps to emphasize the forearm muscles, making them look bigger. Building strength and thickness in your wrists is a matter of finding the right exercises that will build strength and flexibility, then committing to a training regimen that works for you. Practice wrist extensions. Wrist extensions are an easy exercise that you can start doing at home to increase flexibility in the forearm muscles that power your wrist. Doing wrist extensions is the best way to gradually start getting bigger wrists. Rest the back of your forearm on a table or on your leg. Your palm should be facing up, and your hand should be aligned with your arm. Place a light weight in that hand, then slowly lower the weight toward the floor. The movement should take you five seconds, then bring the wrist back up to starting position. Do two sets of 10 or 15 reps with each wrist four or five times a week.

Hello, * when pancreas fails to produce insulin, glucose level in blood increases, this condition is known as diabetes. Normal value in fasting is 60-110 mg/dl 2 hrs, after food 60-140 mg/dl to check diabetes one should follow the following norms * go for a walk in ghe morning/evening for an hr. * go for meditation for 45 mnts. * avoid, stress, anxiety, worry & depression. * maintain calori- value through diet 1200-1600. * take, digestible diet in time, avoiding junk food. To increase your weight you have to improve diet as well as some physical work to improve muscle power and tone. In market their is lot of medicine available but the perfect medicine with perfect time it is hard to get. Diet-milk twice daily with personalized protein powder. Salads after meals is compulsory. Meat weekly thrice. Egg yolk compulsory all types of sprouts is compulsory daily. Eat bannana juice at night. All fruits including papaya is allowed. Physical exercise ----- do pranayam daily. Go for 15min walk. Kapalbhati 3-4 times. Take sufficient sleep. And for medicine purpose you directly consult me in my account.

Intelligence Quotient Or Emotional Quotient - Which Is More Important In Life?

A higher Intelligence Quotient does not guarantee you happiness or success in life. To succeed in life, it is not your IQ, but your EQ that plays a bigger role. Emotional Quotient (EQ) or emotional intelligence stands for your ability to understand and manage your emotions effectively. It influences various aspects of your life, from how you behave to how you interact with others and has a direct effect on your happiness, life quality and self-satisfaction.

Several studies on emotional intelligence have revealed that while about 80% of the common man's success is linked to emotional intelligence, only the remaining 20% is a result of his intelligence quotient! So, how does EQ affect your life?

  1. At work: At the workplace, emotional intelligence can have a significant impact on your performance. It shapes your business as well as professional relationships, while helping you to navigate the social complexities that characterize a place of work.  
  2. For your health: It affects your physical health too, as management of stress levels is directly linked to your EQ levels. High level of stress can make you susceptible to many diseases like stroke, heart attack, high blood pressure, etc. Likewise, if you're unable to handle and manage your emotions effectively, it can lead to mental problems like depression, mood swings and anxiety. 
  3. Personal relationships: The role of EQ can't be ignored when it comes to building relationships. It enables you to communicate successfully, while helping you to build stronger relationships. Whether they are your professional relationships or personal ones, a better understanding and control of your emotions is imperative for not only a better expression of your feelings but also for a complete understanding of what others are feeling.

So, how can you improve your EQ?

Unlike IQ, you can certainly improve your EQ significantly by developing and honing these key abilities. 

  1. The ability to manage negative emotions: Although both negative and positive emotions are needed to succeed in life, sometimes, negative emotions can overwhelm you and can affect your judgment. Developing skills that do not let negative emotions get to you can significantly increase your EQ level.
  2. The ability to reduce stress: Effectively controlling and managing stress is also an ability, the development of which can bring you great success in life. Staying focused, balanced and in control is what you should aim at when under severe pressure. You should be able to quieten yourself down quickly while relieving yourself from stress.
  3. The ability to stay positive even in times of difficulty: Last but not the least, when faced with a difficult situation or even a difficult person, it's crucial to remain positive as then the difficulty faced becomes easier to handle. Arriving at resolutions for difficult situations positively and with confidence is what you should strive to do.

EQ helps you to do well at work, build strong relationships and accomplish your personal and career goals.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

I am 22 years old Male. I have been smoking from since 7 years cigarettes and marijuana even I take alcohol. Now am initialized to quit all those habits but still I get pain at my chest and hollow sound comes when I cough. Abdominal pain at upper right side, gastric acidity, impotency problem and even ears and jaws are felt heavily. What to do sir? I do yoga but I think it is not enough.

You can join a gym and exercise a bit more intensely. Or join a running / jogging club and build your running stamina. You are young, your body will recover slowly. Just have faith in yourself. Don't give up. Keep doing the right things. Everything will be fine.

Hi, include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts, eggs, milk and milk products. Combination of cereal and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before and with meals. You can consult me privately online on Lybrate. Thanks.

Burning sensation due to chopping chillies would normally subside in 2 -3 hours. You need not apply anything. But if you want, try applying honey.
