The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. In eating habits you should consider indiscriminate calories intake, emotional eating, inactivity. Here diet plays a major role and the third angle of obesity is no metabolism rate. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. robably,in your case ,muscles are being broken down to release sugars and this is the Reason for your Weight loss.once there is sufficient insulin available in the body,carbohydrates will be used to give you energy and protein will be spared for muscles

To remain healthy and Fit ,you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. Your mother should stop eating rice and any food containing sweet or sugar like drink tea without sugar. Eat more of fiber diet. If possible go for regular walk. Keep checking sugar every month. Your brother should consult an urologist.

If you are trying to lose weight, the foods you buy at the grocery store can make or break your plan. So you should bring a list of fat-free foods to lose weight. Use these tips and print out this list before you head to the store. 

So which foods make the top list of fat-free foods? you might be surprised. Most of these foods are naturally free from fat. Some processed fat-free foods are not listed.


Why? certain diet foods can actually be bad for your weight loss program. Sometimes, when food makers remove fat from a food, they replace it with sugar. So the calorie count remains the same. And your sugar intake goes through the roof.

Oedema in young girls is common phenomenon and it's called premenstrual tension. You can call it water retention also. Reduce salt to bare minimum. Take lots of potassium rich fruits like bananas, citrus fruit like oranges and lemon and other seasonal vegetables. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the system.

Firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

I am 65 years old man. To get sleep and away from tension and depression, I daily do masturbation. I get pleasure from it. But at the same time weakness and feeling of guilt is also there. Am I doing the correct thing. Doing masturbation daily is bad.

Masturbation is a natural habit in both the genders during their life time. Continuous masturbation in men will certainly leads to unwanted curvature of penis. Masturbation once a week is fine but do not make it your habbit.
