Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1. Balanced diet 2. Early morning brisk morning walk for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after dinner 3. Drink 6-8 glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced diet= 60% carbohydrates + 20% fats + 20% proteins 1. Carbohydrates: our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: banana, milk, sweets, sugarcane juice. (b) slow carbohydrates energy sources: beans, bread, cereals, potato, pulses, rice. 2. Proteins: essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) major protein sources: egg white (white portion), milk, soybeans/soymilk, fish, cheese, tofu. Bramari pranayam or bee breath 1. Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2. Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3. Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. 4. Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. 5. Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6. Repeat twenty times. Starting from 5 times.

Please sleep early and wake up early in the morning go for jogging do regular exercise yoga and pranayam have a habit of taking lukewarm water +lemon juice +honey in the morning take salads and fruits more avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid rice.

Hello lybrate user, if in spite of taking oral medicine to the optimum and also making some dietary changes-your fasting blood sugar is 350, then you are highly uncontrolled. You are delaying the possibility of the start of insulin but believe me the kind of sugar levels that you have currently -insulin is the only reality for you. As days pass with this high sugar level even the small capacity that your body has for this production of insulin will also keep on decreasing. There is a thing called glucose toxicity which basically means that the exposure of high amount of sugar is toxic to the body cells that produce insulin. Your attitude and commitment should complement your doctor's efforts to save you from a bad situation later in your life. I totally agree that you have a choice in the decision-making of your treatment but when that decision starts to endanger your health and life - then you should let your Dr. Take the better decision for you. Sir I having intractable hiccups past 5 months. Some days reduce but next day coming. While hiccups breathing, talking also not easy. Eaten food also coming to mouth. When I breathing difficulty to live. What can I do now? I was taken neksium 40mg, baclofen (liofen) etc. But not reduce. 3 days not there, another 4-5 days become. I am worried about this. Reckeweg) drink 5 drops in 1 spoon fresh water at night bed time igecom syrup (wellman lab) drink 2 spoons 10 minute after meals 3 times a day do and do nots 1. Avoid fast, spicy and fried food 2. Avoid tea, coffee and cold drinks 3. Try to take nutritious easy digestible home 4. No any intake of water 30 minutes before nd after meals. This is possible only if the meals are non spicy and if you are eating slowly. 5. Eat half chapati less than your appetite.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Choosing from variety of foods will ensure a healthy weight loss. • Soft Drinks , Alcohol , fries , potato chips and potato wedges provide empty calories and should be completely avoided while on weight loss diet • Try to intake all the bright colored foods like red, orange, yellow and greens. Include a lot of green leafy veggies, they not only provide a lot of important nutrients but also provide a lot of fiber that immensely help in weight loss. Include carrots, Pumpkin, all the colored capsicum for maximum health benefit while on vegetarian weight loss diet. • The brain needs a 20 minutes span to receive signals from the stomach to stop eating. By when you already must have over eaten. To manage this, you must have a plate of salad and a bowl of soup first , and after a gap of 10 – 15 minutes you should consume your main meals. This way you can save yourself from in taking extra calories. Having salads and soups have extra benefit of consuming a lot of fiber which is helpful for weight loss. • A lot of Indians are confused about the right time to consume water during a meal. Some believe have a glass or two of water before meal will help in curbing the appetite, which is not entirely true. Water will easily pass out to your intestine and you would immediately feel hungry. Water should be consumed in between the meal. This helps in better digestion and bolus formation. People who drink water with their meal face less problems of acidity, constipation or indigestion. • Go low on carbs and increase your protein intake. As mentioned above, have a bowl of yogurt / curd, skimmed milk and paneer (cottage cheese). • Increase your fluid intake. Have a lot of soups, fruit juices (without adding sugar), coconut water, buttermilk, milk, and plain water. Consuming fruits with a lot of water content like water melons are of help too. • Change your cooking methods. Give up on deep frying and use microwave or air fryer, replace frying with grilling and steaming or cook in microwave. These would help in cutting down on a lot of calories. • Understand the reason behind your weight. If your weight is attributed due to hormonal issues, diet alone cannot help you in weight loss. You will need to take medical support as well. If sedentary lifestyle is the reason behind your weight, exercising will be equally important as is dieting.

The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. Hello, *there are so many reason for obesity. *some of the reasons are genetic factors, eating habits, physical activity, life style, so many diseases etc. *first find out reason for your obesity out of this. *do daily walking or daily yoga (suryanamashkar). *or doing other exercise for your belly fat as per physician advice. *eat always balance diet. *eat low calorie diet, low fat, *avoid fried food, junk food etc. *avoid carbonated beverages.

From past 2-3 months, my left hand thumb had got swelling and it developed like a wound and puss is coming out regularly. I am unable to do anything with that thumb. Its like a dummy. Swelling is still there and sometimes its paining also. I am 36 years old.

Dear patient, you should not allow an abscess to remain so long as it might get further deteriorated. You also need to check your blood sugar. The abscess needs to be completely drained and would dressed following all aseptic measures. You also need to take tetanus injection if not taken. Pls do not neglect and meet a surgeon.
