1. Increase soluble and insoluble fibre intake – 2. Drink warm water 4-5 times a day – 3. Cut down on whole milk and curd – 4. Substitute your rice and roti (chapatti/breads) with oats and dalia (broken wheat) – 5. Half a teaspoon of lemon juice or amla (Indian gooseberry) powder – 6. Increase your liquid intake – 7. Have lighter dinners – 8. Maintain a food diary – 9. Avoid sugar and excess salts – 10. Keep your expectations low –

Well, make sure you are taking all the branded products of protein, aminos, creatine, casein. But keep in mind all this stuff is not replacement for real food. Focus on eating 6 healthy meals a day to keep the balance of nutrients in body.

Hello , hope you are doing good. What type of diabetes it is, type 1 or type 2. You better ask your regular doctor. You can control diabetes by having a medication prescribed by doctor. Its a degenerative disease inside from your body. But to completely get rid of diabetes, you should have a better control on your food habits. Along with your medication, if you take a proper diet of proteins, amino acids, vitamins and minerals these will work on your body hormonal balancing system once your harmon are working in a balancing way, slowing your degenerative diseases will be repaired and medication dosage will come down. Eventually you can continue diet without medication. Preparing your diet and nutrition chart doesn't much time, maximum half day. Let me know if I can help you with best nutrition. Get rid of diabetes will take time as this degeneration might happened from a long time, but we only come to know when you have a sympton out of it. Let me know for more info.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

You probably suffer from acidity. Pls do not eat spicy food. Have light, pain and simple food in lunch. Take a bowl of yougurt with lunch. Always walk after lunch and never take water till 60-90 minutes after lunch.

Fear from mobile and typing. This fear warms developed recently and now it has grown so much that sometimes I start beating myself. I develop fesr that I have written something wrong or spoken ill words to someone or someone has clicked my photos etc.

Hye. Try to avoid mobile use unless necessary. Keep a time limit or fix a time when you will check your messages etc, for eg check your messages, calls etc daily at 8pm and not more than 15 minutes or an hour. Engage in other mood boosting activities like some sport. Meet up with friends rather than texting them. Change settings on phone so that you do not keep getting alerts. Notify your friends, inform them that you will be available on line only at a particular time or not to feel offended if you do not reply asap to their texts. Their support will help. Take a cell phone detox. Eg. Put away your cell phone for the weekend. Again inform your family and close friends so as to keep them in the loop or an alternative way to contact in case of an emergency. Face to face talking is always better. This way there can be no misunderstanding and you are away from your addiction as well.
