How can I quit drinking I drink about 4 times a month earlier I used to drink much but it's not liked by my wife and family so I want to quit it. I try many times I quit for 1 month or so but again starts it I had just 5 beers in last 2 months every time I drink I think I will quit But I'm unable to quit Whenever m sad I feel like drinking or if I don't drink I want to eat fast food and oily food due to which I am overweight around 110 kg How can I control my such emotions and quit drinking?
