Thanks for the query. It is difficult to give an opinion whether you should take Cardace 2.5 without knowing all the details like blood glucose control, HbA1c%, creatinine & urea level. Plus the blood cell counts. Only mentioning low counts is not the info I can rely. Thanks.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

Sir I am employe. In morning I eat 3 eggs then go to office. In office our breakfast time 10.45 to 11.00. So my question is I drink lassi amul buttermilk. But I open this packet 8.30 and put in glass. So please tell me it is okk. I hear that when you open packet of any lassi packet drink it because it is made by chemicals. So please tell me what is correct.

Taking packed food regularly is not advisable. If you want to have it, you should refrigerate is as soon as possible after opening pack.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be positive and smile.

Main reason for this lifestyle disorders is stress and abnormal lifestyle. My today tips is for how to maintain your body temperature. For maintaining body temperature just put rasna churna one pinch on your anterior fontanelle (put your thumb on nose and middle finger on head the point where your middle finger touches is your anterior fontanelle) daily after bath.

Tetanus is a bacterial disease caused by clostridium tetani bacteria and after three weeks of exposure it can cause lock jaw and there is tightness of each and every muscle and if not treated on time can lead to death due to spasm of respiratory muscle and can be prevented by taking TT injection immediately after trauma

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

You need nasal endoscopy done Ct scan also needed Try fluticasone furoate tropical nasal spray for 3 months Consult good ent surgeon.
