It depends on the work out you do. As such whey is the most easily digestable protein and if taken when needed and at the right time it's good for muscle repair.

Mr. Lybrate-user, the reasons why diabetes develops are multiple. In t1 diabetes there a complete loss of insulin secreting beta cells, due to production of antibodies. T1 is an auto immune disease. T2 is occuring either due to lack of insulin or increase resistance to its action. It is a familial disease, spreads in families. Other contributing factors are over weight or obesity, inactivity, junk foods, aerated sweetened drinks. Diet for a person with diabetes has to be very specifically designed. However, certain precautions to be taken with regard to diet are: avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and other bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks and high fat milk products. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads, permitted fruits about a 100 g a day. Also take high fiber containing foods like whole grain products. Take total calories based on your ideal body weight, extent of exercise and blood sugar levels. Thanks for the question.

Use 2-4 days old curd to do this. All you need to do is apply this curd on to your scalp and hair. Wash off after 20 minutes.

How to burn extra fat without putting extra efforts of exercises die to less time.
To avoid too much effort, follow: -go for sauna bath (regularly) -drink sugar free green tea/black tea/ coffee/hot lemon (in limit) -eat more fruits and salads, drink butter milk before lunch, this will make you less hungry. - get regular massage -eat early dinner (before 8) -do 7 or more rounds of surya namaskar everyday.

It is misconception that eating oats helps to lose weight. If your diet does not aim to tackle your hormonal disturbance, no amount of dieting reduces weight. By dieting you may feel either constantly hungry or you may feel lethargic and tired and energy less whole day.

Too loose in inches you should stop eating oily and junk food. Try to do some physical activities like: stretching, yoga, deep breathing, brisk walking etc. Try to take low fat and low carbohydrate diet. Take 1 glass of Luke warm lemon water early in the morning, You can include fiber rich food in breakfast or double tonned milk with some fruits. Avoid using too much oil.

For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for more than 2-3 hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Fruits should be had as a mid meal. Avoid junk foods. Alcohol can cause dehydration and imbalance in sugar levels. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

For thyroid patient no soya and its products. Cruciferous vegetables (cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprout and broccoli) are to be taken in limited quantity and not be consumed raw (steamed or cooked only). For a normal weight reducing diet, the quantity of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Give more Emphasis on roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a)Butter, Ghee and coconuts chutney. B)Fried food items. C)Egg Yolk. D)High Calorie fruits like banana.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning, do exercise atleast 15 minutes. Go for swimming, gardening, jogging. Take one glass lukewarm water in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water atleast 3-4 liters in a day. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
