1. Chew gum daily 2. Do the "X-O" exercise, jaw opener exercise. 3. Do the cheek lift 4. Make "fish lips. 5. Make puffy cheeks by holding in air for as long as you can. 6. Smile a lot and massage your face daily for five minutes.

My dad is 62 years old. He is suffering from burning sensation on the feet and throat since last year. We have consulted lots of doctors and completed several tests as well. Except vitamin b12 all other reports were normal. Doctor says its neuropathy and has prescribed medicines for the same but still the problems persist.

Dear lybrate-user, burning sensation of feet and throat might be due to increase in acidic balance of blood. So have alkalik therapy like alkasol, uflow syrup and some antacid. Have leg bath with saline water 10 minutes deeping into a bowel. Vit b12 is not factor also vit-c required to cease burning. Try to take take multivitamin with vit. C. Ok.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. She is needed to eat balanced diet, with the sources of vitamin B-complex. She may also has low electrolyte balance in her blood. So, she is needed to limited the fluid intake and only to consume optimum amount that is needed by her. Also make sure that she takes proper rest.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hello, he should drink 2/3 glass of water to dilute the dettol water and make him vomit, immediately. If diarrhoea, breathing disorder, drowsiness, irritation in eyes. Fatigue like symptoms, prevails ,it would be better to rush to the hospital for rescue. Tk care.

The most important thing you can do to gain weight is to eat more calories than your body needs. You need to eat more calories than your body burns in order to gain weight. Aim for 300-500 calories per day above your maintenance level, or 700-1000 calories if you want to gain weight fast. Eat Lots of Protein Muscle is made of protein, and without it most of those extra calories may end up as body fat. If youâ?re trying to gain weight, aim for 1. 5 â? 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. You can even go above that if your calorie intake is very high. High-protein foods include meats, fish, eggs, many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. Protein supplements like whey protein can also be useful if you struggle to get enough protein in your diet. Eat Lots of Carbs and Fat, and Eat at Least 3 Times Per Day Eat a Lot of Energy-Dense Foods and use Sauces, Spices and Condiments Here are some energy-dense foods that are perfect for gaining weight: Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, etc. Dried fruit: Raisins, dates, prunes and others. High-fat dairy: Whole milk, full-fat yogurt, cheese, cream. Fats and Oils: Extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil. Grains: Whole grains like oats and brown rice. What kind of diagnostic or health check I need to undergo - recently I fainted with no indication and its 3 rd time at an interval of 5-6 months. Since 30 years it never happened, last year I checked BP at that time and its normal. No other symptoms is been there, all other things are perfectly fine. Is it due to sunstroke? Hello, This should not affect the baby through breast milk , however you should reprot to a medical center for a hydrocortisone and a antihistaminic injection. After the injection , avoid breast feeding for 6 hrs as antihistaminic is secreted in milk and can cause sleepiness in the child. Regards

Do belly exercise and you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Take one glass lukewarm water with lemon. And eat less carbohydrates and low calorie foods. Avoid junk foods. Hello! diabetes n its symptoms can be well managed by a good diet chart. Take small meals in every 3-4 hr. Regular interval. Avoid sweet n sugar also honey n jaggery, fried foods, ready to eat foods, preserved foods n simple carb like maida. Take whole grain cereals in limitation, lot of veggies, 150-200gm fruit (not juice. Don't skip breakfast n take a small portion of milk or product or any whole grain cereal before bed time. Dear user avoid fried foods sweets, pkgd foods, colas, juices, ice creams use skim milk n its products if non vegetarian den stick to chicken n fish, avoid red meats use of whole grains n pulses will help you in keeping sugar levels in control root veggies like aloo should be taken in moderation minimize use of fat, use refined oil go for exercise or walk daily try various types of veggies in salad form. Fasting n feasting should be avoided

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Your BMI is 39, placing you in the morbidly obese category. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP and need Bariatric surgery. You need to maintain your body fluids from dehydration. Just start taking ors /electrolytes in water reguar for maintaining fluids from dehydration. You may use light watery khichari with or without moong daal soups and salts. Norflox-tz. 1tab three times a day for 2-3 day. It will help you for your cure.
