Both are protein rich foods and for weight gain you don't need only proteins but carbohydrate rich foods too. So have either milk or an egg with a cereal like roti poha rawa pav etc.

Use your time at home to graze regularly. Several small meals and snacks may seem more manageable than three large meals. Dried fruits, seeds, cheese and nut butter are nutritionally rich and calorie dense. Snack on a 1/4 cup of raisins for about 110 calories; spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on a medium banana and consume almost 300 calories; and have an ounce of cheddar cheese with just seven woven wheat crackers for 233 extra calories. Add one or all of these snacks daily to pile on a pound in a week.

Yes off course. Take triphala powder, 1 tsf in a half a glass of luke warm water at bed time regularly. Continue the regime for 2 weeks, give it a break of couple of days, start again. Give it a break of 2 to 3 days after a regime of 2 weeks. Good luck.

hi vivek 1. Reduce your portions by using smaller plates, asking for a small ice cream cone, beverage or sandwich instead of a large, splitting main dish at a restaurant with a friend or ordering a lunch-size portion even at dinner. It’s better to take a fixed portion on to the plate and not eat directly from the serving bowl. Do you know just 2 cookies or small biscuits more than your requirement in a day will make you put on 5 Kgs in a year and 25 Kgs in 5 years? So we need to take care of our serving sizes. 2. Increase the volume. Choose low-fat, high-fiber foods which fill you up with minimal calories. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes are high-volume foods that not only help trim your waistline but also provide nutrients essential for health. 3. Add fruits and vegetables to all your meals. Add one fruit or vegetable to every meal, and you'll be on your way to lower blood pressure and improved health. Try apples for breakfast, raw cucumber or carrots with lunch and fruit salad with dinner. 4. Hydrate yourself. Get a water bottle and carry it with you everywhere you go. You'll find yourself drinking water while you're driving, at your desk, during meetings and watching TV. Drinking water instead of coffee, soda, fruit punch or other sweetened beverages saves calories as it keeps your body functioning optimally. Drinking lukewarm water is even better. 5. Go Vegan majorly. Eat meatless meals for at least 5 days per week or more. Choose a paneer/mushroom curry instead of chicken or mutton curry, vegetable sandwich in place of a chicken sandwich, veggie burger instead of hamburger. You'll consume less fat and saturated fat, plus increase your fiber intake! 6. Enhance your Breakfast Studies show people who start the day with breakfast cereal have higher intakes of vitamins and fiber and lower intakes of fat and saturated fat. For the healthiest cereal, choose one with at least five grams of fiber and no more than eight grams sugar per serving. Pour on skim milk for a double bonus! 7. Don’t eat before the tube Stop eating meals while watching TV or snacking during your favorite show. Research plus common sense tells us we eat more when we're watching the tube. 8. Not 3 but 5. Have at least 5 small meals a day in place of 3 big ones to keep your metabolic rate high which in turn helps in weight loss. A good day’s diet should have small and frequent meals i.e.5 meals in the day rather than 3 big meals. We need to learn to have the Best Breakfast, Nutritious Midmorning snack, Good Lunch, Light Evening snack with beverage and an Early Dinner every day. 9. Pack your meals. Instead of buying lunch every day, or worse yet, skipping lunch altogether, pack your lunch as far as possible. Make a sandwich with whole grain bread, a chapatti roll with lots of veggies, salad like sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, and grated carrots. Add a piece of fresh fruit. Satisfy your sweet tooth with yogurt or fat-free pudding and your need for crunch with soya sticks, murmura ,almonds ,or may be just a little ‘saunf’( fennel seeds). You'll save money and eat less fat, salt and sugar. 10. Do not fast, do not feast. Neither skip meals nor have everything in one meal. We need to learn to eat when we are hungry & stop when sufficiently full. We need to learn to self-regulate.

Go for blood test of filaria parasite. Take homoeopathic medicine hydrocotyle q/ bd 15-15 drops + 1/2 cup water for 21 days. But go for investigations.

Hi first of all you need not to worry. 1. There are certain things you have to keep in mind and your life will b easier. 2. Avoid simple carbs like maida and its products, sugar, sweets, white bread etc. 3. Avoid raw salt. 4. Avoid fried foods. 5. Avoid canned foods and bakery products. 6. You will be having a wide range of food products which you can have that will improve your sugar level, control your b. P as well as reduce your weight. 7. So do not take tension because tension is also a cause for high b. P and fluctuation of your sugar levels too. ***for a detailed diet chart you can take a private consultation which will surely help you.

Watch your diet and start exercising. Do not try any steroids. Do not starve yourself. - start your day with warm lemon water. -do cardio and stretching for 30 minutes. -have a light breakfast like poha/upma/sandwich/egg. -eat something in every two hours, in a very small portion, eg. One biscuit with tea/a fruit / roasted namkeen. - eat 25% less of lunch that you eat regularly. -continue the two-hour-eat-something (no heavy snacks or packaged food) -do seven rounds of surya namaskar (yoga) - eat light dinner, before 8 p. M. Like soup with wheat bread or khichdi or baked/boiled vegetables. -drink herbal or green tea before sleeping. This will show results, be strict about what you eat and how much you burn.

One egg. You can eat yellow portion. Walk for 15 minutes after eating food. Don't lie immediately after eating meals.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. You are interacting too much about office work. You are neglecting your personal care. Everyone has personal office. Doctor has so many patients regularly. But always he takes very much care in all aspects. He does not confused. Doing work very systematically. He never takes his work into home. He relaxed when the work is over. He does not think about his patient's condition in home. Every day comes serious problems do or die situations. But he never take the situation in to home. Or never applied his personal status. It is professional life. So professional life is different from personal life. You are equating both professional and professional life status. Then it iscause of no sleep. It may affect on body also. So take rest when work is over. Relax very well in the middle of the work. Do not be tensed. Feel always comfortable. Be share your all feelings with your friends and family members. Be happy all the time. Do some good exercises. Practice yoga and meditation also. Ok all the best.
