What is your height, don't use fat burners, it causes dangerous side effects, if you r looking for six pack abs then rigorous dedicated exercise, well balanced diet, will only help but not in short duration, diet should be more of protein and less of fat and oil, and more of green leafy vegetables salads fruit etc.

Hello lybrate-user, try to take small & frequent meal. Don't starv. Avoid simple sugar and preserve products from your diet. Avoid processed food. Stock up on healthy food & snacks. Drink sufficient water. Daily work out approx for 30-40 minutes. You can also go through a calorie counting diet chart with the help of a dietician. And most important thing don't get disappointed, always be happy.

Hye, Thanks for the query. There is no quick fix. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, fruit juices, milk shakes, sheera, lassi, dry fruits in your meals. Avoid sugary foods just to gain weight, you will just end up piling on fats. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hello, I am 21year old girl. Problem: My face is full of Pimples and so many spots of pimple on my face. My skin is Oily, sensitive and very thin layer of skin, so Face look very bad, only pimples and its dark and red spots appears. Avoid sugar, sugary food, sugary drink and refined flour products. Start jogging or biking for 30-50 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. During weekend spend 60-90 minutes. You will gain your dream size waist in just a few months.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

I'm 28 years old. Medium physic. Past 2.5 year back I had a C-Section and delivered a girl baby. My question is that, after C-Section, till now the operated Section itch a lot and I'm suffering now and then. Can you please suggest some remedy. Hye it is an infection. You need to apply the ointment for sure. Also keep the area clean and avoid sweat from accumulating in the skin folds. Avoid tight clothing.

Hi Lybrate User, As per your height your weight needs to be about 70 Kgs. The extra 15 Kgs that your body carries will be stored in the abdomen area, since that is the warehouse/store-room of the body. Also certain extra fat would be there in your arms, thighs, neck and even your face. And when you work towards reduction of the fat from your body... the fat also disappears in equal proportion. Most of the workouts done by gym users are static exercises which don't burn much calories. But since they presume they are lifting heavy weights, they should eat more... hence they tend to put on more weight. If input ( food) is more than output( exercise) then weight gain will happen. So the ACTION you need to take is get going on to Intensive exercises in the gym. Example Treadmill- Speed 8 or 10... Cycling speed-30 or more.. Out of 60 mins in gym, at least 40 mins should be spent on Cardio. Rest 10 mins on intensive abs exercises and 10 mins on weights.. When you start doing this you will see changes happening to your body. Also start eating more veggies.. fruits.. salads.. buttermilk.. Cut down fried, sugars, junk, pizzaz etc Aim to be healthy and aim to be fit. Spot reduction is not possible. We can only aim to be overall fit... When you reach 70 kgs.. you will be able to achieve your dream figure.

Take more liquid and green food with exercise daily, good sleep and wakeup early morning. Homoeopathic medication take sbl dibonil drops available in liquid form, one should take 10-15 drops of dibonil liquid and mix them in water regularly half an hour before meals. It should be taken maximum three times daily for 10 days.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals. A study from Wake Forest found that for every 10-gram increase in soluble fiber people ate daily (about two small apples, a serving of oatmeal, a half cup of pinto beans, and a half cup of peas), their belly fat decreased by almost 4% over five years. 2. Fiber Adding ground flaxseed to your diet – mix a teaspoon or two into cereal or yogurt – helps prevent constipation. (It’s hard to have flat abs if your pipes are backed up.) To avoid stomachaches, increase fiber slowly and up your water intake,. 3. Cardio In a Duke University study of 196 sedentary, overweight adults, aerobic training significantly reduced deep belly fat and also burned more visible midsection flab. Lower slowly to start, and repeat on opposite side. Front Plank: Lie on stomach, with forearms on floor and hands palm-down on either side of chest. Tuck toes, lift legs, tighten abs, and raise body to a modified push-up position, keeping forearms on the floor. Hold five seconds, then lower. Repeat three times. Work up to holding for 20 seconds each time. Half-Kneel Lift: Kneel on right knee, with left foot forward and left knee at 90-degree angle. Hold a soccer ball with both hands at right hip. Without rotating body, slowly bring ball up and across until it’s above left shoulder and slightly behind you. Return to start. Do two to three sets of eight to 12 reps on each side.

1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3. Control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, full cream milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, tomato, legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugars monthly and hba1c six monthly.

It can be water retention due to hormones. If a lump is felt get it checked through mammography test or equally sensitive ultrasound test which gives no risk of radiation. Reduce your salt intake. Drink lots of juices of citrus fruits like oranges and lemons. Drink more water so that you pass more urine that will reduce swelling by taking impurities out of the system.

You must take Cal. Phos. 12 x two tablets daily in morning and Cal. Flour 12 x two tablets in the evening, Nat. Mur 12 x two tablets at night daily for 15 days. You may rake boiled eggs cheese, sprouts daily for protein.
