Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Increase thirst, increased frequency of urination are some initial symptoms of diabetes but it can vary from being completely asymptomatic to non specific symptoms like weakness, tingling in feet, dry mouth, blurry vision, burning during urination. You need to follow a healthy lifestyle to prevent such metabolic diseases. Type 1 usually occurs at younger age due to insulin deficiency and treated with insulin injections. Type 2 usually in adults due to insulin resistance and treated with oral medicines. It can't be cured completely but you can keep it controlled by taking these precautions. Increasing the intake of protein in your diet along with regular exercise is the way to acquire a muscular physique.

Proteins - a mix of all essential proteins - channa dal, soya, moong dal, peanuts, cashew and badam - take them in equal quantities, dry roast it and grind it to make a powder. Two tablespoons of this powder is to be taken daily - you can mix it with milk/water and have it daily first thing in the morning. This helps you to gain weight. For pimples make a paste of rice powder, lemon peel, honey and water. Apply it over the face and wash after half hour. Do this on alternate days for great results.

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. For healthy weight gain, 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals containing foods rich in nutrient & calorie density (concentrated food low in volume) like paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, dates-almonds milkshake, peanut chikki, til ladoo, banana kheer, atta halwa/gond ladoo, thicker atta-maida rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, homemade cereal malt with milk & sugar, premix with soup, fruit juice, sugarcane juice, dry fruits, soyabean cutlet/roll, fruit lassi, egg curry/omlette/egg scramble/french toast, fatty fish, chicken 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily (but not with or just before meal) 3. Avoid junk foods & empty calorie snacks 4. Enjoy meals in a peaceful environment without distractions 5. Eat fast & in bigger utensils 6. Practice strength exercises-bench press, squats, push up, etc to increase lean mass only not causing any weight loss. 7. Get a thyroid profile test done to rule out hyperthyroidism.

One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter.

You should not worry about such minimal abnormalities in the blood values, until and unless there are some associated symptoms present which seek some medical attention. Everyone has some abnormality. We are living in a toxic environment. Any parameter, should not be given much attention until it is very high, comparison to the normal values and unless there are some other symptoms related to abnormal levels are present. As in your case! For example if fasting blood sugar count is 110 (normal under 100) does not mean that you need immediate medical help. Other symptoms also should accompany like, alot of thirst, fatigue, frequent urination, etc. What you can do is to check whether your water filter is working properly. You do not any medications.

I recently did a routine blood checkup where my blood cholesterol is moderately above normal, also my uric acid level is 9.2. Hello, for your cholesterol levels you don't need any medicine. And yes for your uric acid and HB you need to consult a doctor. For your cholesterol eat raw garlic clove daily and reduce your oil intake. Regural exercise is a must. Drink plenty of water.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. So, first try to improve your diet before you decide to start any supplement.

You should follow this diet chart to control & treat the diabetes. * in morning, drink 1-2 glass of luke warm water empty stomach & walk for 15 minutes to detoxy the body. In breakfast, take 2 chapatis of gram flour (besan) with a bowl of cooked vegetables (green leafy vegetables only) * in lunch take 2 chapattis of wheat flour with a bowl of cereals (dal) with a bowl of curd. * in evening, take a bowl of salads or a fruit like apple / orange / pear/ melon. * in night, take a bowl of boiled soyabeans with raw vegetables like tomatos/ cucumber/ onion. After dinner avoid taking milk & walk for atleast 15 minutes after dinner. * avoid food items like rice, potatos, banana, chiku, sweets, candy& chocolate.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals.   Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Exercises To Reduce Stomach Fat1)    Crunches: There is no better exercise that you can think of to reduce belly fat than crunches. It will help you to easily burn stomach fat and if this exercise is coupled with a proper diet intake, then you can see effective results in quick time. Lie flat on your back on a mat. Bent your knees with your feet touching the ground.Now place your hands just behind your head.Take a deep breath and lift your upper body off the floor. You need to exhale when you are lifting your body.When you bring your body back to its original position you need to inhale. Once you come up you need to exhale.Do this for 10 times and then repeat for two or three more sets.2)    Reverse Crunches This is another exercise that will help you to easily get rid of stomach fat. Lie with your back on a mat. Raise your knees with the feet planted on the ground.Keep both the hands on either side of your body.Push your feet in such a way that your thighs are perpendicular to the ground and your feet are off the ground.Now lift your back such that your knees bend towards your chest.Inhale when you plant your feet on the ground and exhale when you lift your back and move your knees towards the chest.Repeat this for 10 times and for two more sets.3)    Twist Crunches This exercise routine is very similar to crunch exercise and here you will have to rotate your shoulder in the direction of the other shoulder. Lie down on the mat with your hands behind your head.Bend your knees and make sure that the feet do not touch the ground.Now move your upper body towards your knees like the crunch exercise. But, here you will have to make sure that you twist your right shoulder towards your left and the left torso must be on the ground.Repeat the same way on the other side. Here, you lift your left shoulder towards the right with the right torso resting on the ground.Repeat the same procedure for 10 to 12 times.4)    Vertical Leg CrunchLie with your back on the mat or the floor. Extend both your legs towards the ceiling and make sure that you cross one knee over the other.Now repeat the same what you have done in the crunch exercise.Breathe in when you lift and cross the knees and breathe out when you move your upper body towards your knees.Repeat this vertical crunch exercise for 10 to 15 times for three consecutive sets.5)    Side Crunches The side crunches will also help you to shed excess belly fat and will also help in providing a proper workout for your love handles. It is very much similar to the twist crunch exercise. The only difference here is that you will have to lift your right leg up when you are tilting your left shoulder towards the right shoulder and vice versa. Repeat for 10 to 12 times each side for 2 consecutive sets. 6)    Bicycle Exercise This is yet another exercise that will help you to shed excess fat round your belly area easily. Lie flat on the floor or the mat and keep both the hands on either side of your head.Now lift both your legs from the ground and bend them at your knees.Now pull your right knee close to your chest with your left leg out. When you are bringing the right knee up you can try to meet your left elbow with your right knee to have a perfect stomach crunch.Now take your right leg out and bring your left knee close to your chest. Now, lift your upper body and make sure that your right elbow touches your left knee for a perfect crunch.Repeat this for 10 to 12 times for both the sides and for two consecutive sets.7)    Rolling Plank Exercise The rolling plank exercise is another popular exercise that will work great on your lower back, hip and abdomen areas. Take your position on the floor or a mat in such a way that your knees and elbows are resting on the ground.You need to look forward so that your neck is aligned with your spine.Now lift the knees up so that you support your legs now on your toes.Now contract your knees and keep it in this plank pose for about 30 seconds. Make sure that you breathe normally during this routine.Now move to and fro for the next half a minute to constitute a rolling plank exercise.Rolling Plank SidewaysLie on the floor in a sideways position.Support your weight on the right elbow and your right leg. Make sure that the right elbow is perpendicular to your right shoulder.Place the left leg above your right leg. Keep your knees straight and lift yourself in such a way that your hips are off the ground.Hold this position for about 30 seconds. Once you practice this position, you can hold to this position for 1 to 2 minutes.Do the same on the other side as well.8)    Lunge Twist If you are a beginner trying to work your belly to remove its excess fat, then you should first try out the lunge twist exercise. Move your left foot forward and bend your left knee. You will feel the hamstring stretch on your right leg.Now lift your hands parallel to the ground and make sure that they are in front of you.Take a big step forward with your left leg and sit down as if you are sitting on a chair. Your right leg should be positioned backwards and you must use your toes to support your right leg.Make sure that your upper body and the spine are in the upright position to perform perfect lunges.Now perform the same lunge exercise on the other leg.Repeat this for 15 times.9)    Side To Side Bending Bending side to side not just helps in reducing excess fat deposits in your stomach area, but it also helps in giving your love handles a perfect shape. Stand in an erect position with your feet together. Lift both your hands and stretch it above your head and make sure that they are clasped together.Now bend your body to your left side as much as possible until you feel a strain on your right side. Hold in this position for 15 seconds.Now come back to the same standing position.Now repeat the same on the right side. Now hold this position for about 15 seconds.Once you get comfortable holding on for 15 seconds, you can increase it to 30 seconds or more on both sides.10)    Stomach Vacuum If you are a beginner looking to do some exercises to reduce belly fat, then you should start with low impact exercises like stomach vacuum exercises. This is an exercise that concentrates mainly on breathing. Hit the ground on all fours by supporting your body on your knees and hands.Now take a deep breath and make sure that your abdomen is loose.Now exhale your breath and make sure that you hold your abdomen muscles tight during exhalation.You need to hold the abdomen contraction for about 15 to 30 seconds.Repeat this process for 15 times for two to three sets daily.11)    Captain’s Chair You will need a chair to do this exercise. It is a simple exercise that will help in reducing excess belly fat. Sit on the chair with an upright spine and straight shoulders.Place both your hands on either side with the palms of the hands facing downwards. Take a deep breath.Now as you exhale, make sure that you bring both your legs upwards such that your knees are very close to the chest.Hold in this position for 5 to 10 seconds. Do not arch your back or bend forwards when your knees are close to your chest.Now bring your legs back to the ground and repeat the same process for 15 times. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines alone will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.
