wear full shleves shirt and try to cover your body, use allout at home, apply odomass on body, cover water tank. Avoid collection of water out side of house in a waste container or tyre fever, bodyache, joint pain, soar throat, rigors .it will help. welcome. it will help. welcome

Change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, milkend milk products, dry fruites, etc. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help. You take liv52 syrup 1 spoon 30 monuties before lunch end dinner for one month than report to me for further advice.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

For viral fevers you need to give anti viral drugs with in first 2 days. But most of the viral fevers heal spontaneously and no antibiotics will work in viral fevers. Take paracetamol 500 2-3 times a day for fever and headache. And take plenty of hot liquids. Reduce spices in food.

1. Get whiter, healthier teeth

Scientists from the American Association for Cancer Research, among others, agree that the consumption of flavonol-rich apples could help reduce your risk of developing pancreatic cancer by up to 23 percent. Researchers at Cornell University have identified several compounds 'triterpenoids'in apple peel that have potent anti-growth activities against cancer cells in the liver, colon and breast. Their earlier research found that extracts from whole apples can reduce the number and size of mammary tumours in rats. Meanwhile, the National Cancer Institute in the U.S. has recommended a high fibre intake to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer.

One should drink as per the thirst. So ideally a person may require 8-10 glasses of water. The need may higher if a person sweats a lot and physically active or exposed to heat. Its not advised to drink lots of water (above 3-4 litres of water as it is not needed and passes out as urine along with other minerals which may not be good.)

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. I have nose bleeding problem. Every year in summer or winter I face this problem. What should I do to prevent this problem or the situation?

HI. This problem is due to increased amount of abnormal pitta dosha (heat) in a rakta (blood) dhatu. And because of this strength of capillaries in the nose decreases and they rupture consequently bleeding occurs. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods 5) avoid late night sleeping habits. 6) avoid day time sleeping. A) take 50 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 15 ml of honey along with 50 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning and at night before sleep. Along with this take 2-2 tablets of RAKTASTAMBHAK VATI (dhootpapeshwar company). B) take 2-2 tablets of MADHUMALINI VASANT and SUTSHEKHAR VATI after meals. C) instill 4-4 drops of CHANDAN BALA LAKSHYADI tail in each nostrils two times in a day. Do all these things for 7 days. This formulation is 100% effective, THANKS.

Since hair is a protein fiber,you must include more protein in your diet...And also iron rich foods like dates..Proper hair oil and shampooing should be done weekly twice minimum for having strong hairs.. Avoid going beauty parlour because using such harmful chemicals damages your hair...Thank you

Hi…1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, gives you good result, THANKS.

Dandruff is not the only cause for itching. Sometimes it is simple lice and nits which we ignore. It is very important to check the scalp thoroughly. Regular oiling and shampooing helps to solve the problem of dry scalp. Oil the scalp with jaborandi hair oil 3/week and wash it with mild scalp cleanser 3 /week. Nutritional correction will help you to improve hair fall. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Eat food which is rich in protein and iron. Take care.

Gaining weight is not an overnight process. To gain weight, aim to eat at least 6 calorie dense meals throughout the day without fail. Your body can store fat or increase muscles only if you feed your body with more calories than you spend in a day. Depending on your height, weight and metabolism you may put on weight easily or will take some time. The biggest notion that prevents people from gaining weight is that thin people don’t need to exercise as they are already thin. On the contrary, exercising increases calorie requirements of a person and even those who tend to eat less start eating more which gives them some quality muscles and a lean, attractive physique.
