Paraphimosis is an uncommon medical condition in which the foreskin of penis becomes trapped behind the glans penis, and cannot be reduced (pulled back to its normal flaccid position covering the glans).if the foreskin is left retracted for a long period, some of the foreskin tissue may become edematous (swollen with fluid), which makes subsequent reduction of the foreskin difficult. Paraphimosis is a medical emergency because it can stop you from urinating and may cause death of the tissue in the penis. Paraphimosis can often be effectively treated by manual manipulation of the swollen foreskin tissue. This involves compressing the glans and moving the foreskin back to its normal position, perhaps with the aid of a lubricant, cold compression, and local anesthesia as necessary. If this fails, the tight edematous band of tissue can be relieved surgically with a dorsal slit or circumcision. Multiple punctures in the swollen foreskin with a fine needle, and then expressing the edema fluid by manual pressure.

I have general tonic clonic seizure and I am taking valparin chrono 500, epilive 250, inderal 10 and lamitor o d 100 2 times per day. Is there any problem if I missed taking valparin chrono 500 once. Is there any problem in taking valparin chrono 500 that is opened and was subjected to air?

Dear friend, It will not affect you much if you have mistimed your medicine once. But please remember you should at least take that at some part of the day, so that a blood level of the drug is maintained. Please make sure you take your medicine at scheduled time henceforth. Don’t know how long your medicine was exposed to air. If it’s long better to discard that. Wish you a very good health!

I am suffering kidney disease as my serum creatinine varies around 2.5 from last one year. I am taking alopathic medicine but Dr. says it can not be cure. Is there any treatment for my problem in Ayurveda so that creatinine be normal. All other parameters are within normal range such as urea or uric acid etc.

Please Start immediately. Gokharu kadha 20 ml twice daily with water Punarnavasav 20 ml twice daily with water Check your creatinine and urea after 3 wks.

You should try a good moisturiser. If it is really a problem consult your gynaecologist and after a health check up can opt for hormone replacement treatmentbut this will be done only after screening health check up.
