Hai, if there is no type of external injury happened to eyes, please try instilling opthacare eye drops of himalaya pharmacy. Avoid exposure to dust and please don't rub your eyes. Give a cold water wash when you come back after outing. Can place cucumber slices over eyes and can give some rest. For knee pain, please make sure that there was no hit or blow happened to knee. Check for any swelling, treatment will be based on that. Thank you.

My hand pains severely and also has tingling sensation all the time even then I do work or chop vegetables or have a massage. My hand becomes cold too. Pain is too much and can't be tolerated. Palm also burns and fingers pain when bended or pulled lightly too. My fingers and wrist is stolen too and there is a bump on top of the wrist and hand is very stiff.

Please do an x Ray of Cervical region AT and Lat view digital you suffer from cervical spondylosis pls take TENS and IFT on your cervical to hand region point is 1 lid on wrist 1 lip on lateral epicondyle of humerus 1 lid head of humerus 1 lid sternocleidomastoid muscle ok 12 days x @10 min (right side pain or left side pain or both side one by one) ok Ice therapy over neck region or consult with neuro surgeon.

Thank you for the valued advise. As conveyed earlier in the query, my father in law aged 80 plus had a fractured back bone (kulhe ki haddi). He hasn't complained of severe pain but cannot stand and gone bedridden. The doctor's who'd admitted for bone joint replacement have suggested going for an pacemaker in first place reasoning the eco test. I would really appreciate your confirming if the advice is based on need instead of financial natured. The test reports can be looked out for a quick reference - regards.

Dear For a person who is 80 plus age, recovery from any kind of surgery has very slim chances. The doctor may do a very good surgery. But recovery of patient that old may not happen at all. Please take a family decision and keep the patient as comfortable as possible. Even a pace maker decision is not logical for 80 plus patient. Regards.

It could be recurrent dislocation of shoulder. It should be investigated. Get a mri shoulder done. It is best treated by arthroscopic surgery.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Start with physiotherapy treatment. Learn exercise for joint pain. Don't lift heavy things. Wear sports shoes. Don't sit on floor. Take calcium and vitamin d3 also. Send your blood test report.

Avoid computer work and heavy weight. Tk muscle relaxant medicine and heat fermentation twice a day if it work then ok other wise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days.

Dear Lybrate User, *Due to busy and hectic work schedule people often suffer from the complaints like neck rigidity. The people who work with machines, computers and heavy objects (lifting, pulling etc), sports persons are more prone for stiffness of the neck. Care and caution during their job and weekly Ayurvedic massage will reduce the chances of neck stiffness. *Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening.

Take calcirol pouch for vitamin d, first month one weekly and from second month once in a month. Get your vitamin b12 check also, bcos it is for muscles. Take hot fermentation on back and leg. Atleast do it twice in a day and for 1 week. Involve some physical activity in your schedule, bcos pain can b due to muscle weakness. If you need further assistance, please let me know. Thank you.

I have suffering from low back pain I have took M.R.I scan of lumbosacral spine and in the report the report details below M.R.I scan report Technique . T1 weighted and T2 weighted axials /sagittal Report Straightening of the lumbar spine is seen with loss of lordosis-muscle spasm Slight retrolisthesis of L5 and S1 vertebra noted - degenerative Minimal posterior annular bulge is seen at L5 and S1 . Spinal canal, neural forminal and nerve roots are normals The reaming intervertebral discs do not show any significant bulge /protrusion The vertebral bodies are normal in height and signal intensity. No lysis/fracture Can Know the meaning of the report and I feel pain when I stand for more than hour and when I jog morning I will feel pain like muscle catch on my left side of my upper pelvic and when I bend I will feel pain in same spot some time I will get burning sensation in same side I will get pain on left side of pelvic and it will be radiating pain it will not while walking .what is actual problem this is a problem bones, joint or discord spinal chord spinal nervous system or muscles I am totally worried please get me help.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Nat phos 200x + Nat mur 200x 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online .
