You need to wait for another 10 days. Then pregnancy test will help. 28th day testing won't give the correct picture.

Is this possible to have an ovary transplant. Since removing the ovary will have future consequences so is replacement possible rather than removing it?

Only indicated then only ovary has to removed. Otherwise better not. Ovary is protective agaist heart disease and bone fracture.
