Acid doesn't form due to gall stones and surgery is needed to gall stones if you have symptoms like pain now laparoscopy surgery is the choice for gall stones with minimal cut. There is no option other than surgery for gall stones. For acid you can take Tab PAN 40 1 od empty stomach daily.

I am 29. I have pain in both testicles from last 2-3 months. Mainly pain is in blood vessels. It feels like some clotting in both testicles. Is it something like vericocele? also size of testicles is decreased mariginally over the period.

pain is complex, so there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Hello, kindly tell me what medicine you are taking kindly follow health advices given below: 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 650 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for cbc and review with reports and kindly let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ cold/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Postural related back pain generally stems from sitting for long periods with overloaded or tight back and pelvic muscles. For example, if your rear thigh muscles (hamstrings) are tight, when you sit they will pull the pelvis out of position and increase tension on the lower back muscles. This in turn overstretches your back muscles and with lengthy periods of sitting will cause pain. This is one example of many variations of postural related back pain. However, one thing will be in common, progressively developing back pain from long periods of overstretched and overloaded back muscles and ligaments. When you first start to develop postural back pain it manifests itself as a low grade ache which tends to be relieved with light exercise or avoiding sitting. But after a while the pain increases and tends to be there most of the time regardless of what you do. It should be noted that a small percentage of back pain is caused by more serious conditions like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression. Symptoms that suggest a more serious back problem are leg pains, pins and needles or weakness in your leg or foot. These symptoms need to be properly assessed by a Chartered Physiotherapist So what can you so to reduce back or neck pain? Firstly, break the cycle of sitting for long periods by getting up and moving around every 20 minutes or so and by introducing simple movements that can by Done at anytime, even when sitting (see below). Secondly, a daily routine of stretching and relaxing tight thigh (hamstring) and buttock (gluteal) muscles will help to prevent overloading your lower back muscles when sitting. Thirdly, reduce back or neck pain by relaxing the surrounding muscles and ligament by introducing the following routine 2-3 times a day: 1.Apply heat to the back muscles. A shower, massage or hot water bottle works best. This will help to relax the muscles. 2.Release and relax back muscles through massage, use of a tennis ball or foam roller for 5 to 10 minutes twice daily – purchase a foam roller from www. Physiosupplies. Com/exercise/foam-rollers Here is a video of foam rolling on YouTube 3.Apply movement to the lower back muscles using the suggested exercises below. About a minute of each 3 or 4 times a day will help to recover the overloaded lower back muscles. The normal hemoglobin level in men is 13.5-16.5 gm/dl and in female it is 12-15 gm/dl. Anaemia is due to low hemoglobin (an iron rich protein in rbc which carries oxygen to tissues) or fewer rbc. Dear user. TESTICULAR PAIN could be due to epididymitis, or inflammation of the testicles, caused by the STI chlamydia. Gangrene, or the death of tissues, as a result of untreated testicular torsion or trauma. A hydrocele, which is characterized by swelling of the scrotum. An inguinal hernia. There are many things you can do to keep yourself and your sperms healthy. These include: 1.     Avoid cigarettes and illicit drugs, especially anabolic steroids. 2.     Avoid exposure to toxins such as pesticides and heavy metals. 3.     Quit or at least limit your alcohol intake. 4.     Drink 3-4 litres of water per day. 5.     Have a healthy, nutritious diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. 6.     Exercise moderately, but regularly. 7.     Get sufficient rest. 8.     Keeping your scrotum cool, because heat slows sperm production; wear boxers instead of briefs, and avoid pants that are tight or restrictive. 9.     Prevent overheating of the testes by avoiding hot baths, Jacuzzis, steam rooms and using a laptop computer directly on your lap for long lengths of time.
