There are no natural methods to whiten teeth, you can start brushing after each meal and get cleaning done from a dentist.

You may have tartar / deposit on teeth kindly get it cleaned and polished by dentist .you may use chlohex plus ads mouthwash rinse two times daily for 15 days.

Apko Sabse pehle dentist ke pas jake Scaling and polishing karvaye. Uske bad agar tooth caries ho gaya he to usko nikalvana padega. Or cap pehenni padegi.

Hi my teeth are breaking i guess they are brittle. Front teeth i went to the dentist he said may be it is deficiency of calcium what can i do. Shall i get my calcium tested and can there by any other reason for the same so that i an get tests in one go

As u complain of teeth chipping off. Calcium deficiency is not the only reason.There are variety of causes for this problem which indicates your bodies underlying problem.Serum calcium test wont be help u much directly.You can consult me.

There can be some cavity or lot of plaque and calculus due to which you may be having this problem, get the cleaning done and fillins if there is any cavity.

Hello, You may see discoloration, cavitation,food lodgement of the concerned decayed teeth. And whole decayed portion of the tooth is removed during drilling so as any decayed portion left may not cause decay process again.

If onlocal examination all the doctors have the same view then you should surely go for RCT as I cannot comment without examining physically.
