Is peanut butter safe for asthma patient? Can I consume it on daily basis? And what else I can have?

Is peanut butter safe for asthma patient? Can I consume it on daily basis? And what else I can have?
Asthma is a reversible disease provided you treat the trigger. You have to find out what you are allergic to and get densitisation for that. There are better alternatives to peanut butter. Do not take any milk products if youhave asthma. For specific dietary advice take a consult and I will teach you what to eat and what not to eat. And help to control and may be even reverse your asthma.

Hi, always use hot water for hairwashing. Do oil bath regularly with medicated oils like ashwaganthabalalaksha thylam, or araku thylam. Head ache will be relieved by just taking oil bath with the above mentioned oils. No internal medicine required.

You may have allergic rhinosinusitis. You may try medical treatment first. Surgery is needed for chronic sinusitis, large non responding polyps, deviated nasal septum etc.

Dear user. FERTILE PHASE is the phase of a female's menstrual cycle when an egg (ovule) is released from the ovaries. In humans, ovulation occurs about midway through the menstrual cycle, after the follicular phase. The few days surrounding ovulation (from approximately days 10 to 18 of a 28 day cycle), constitute the most fertile phase. So if you have ejaculatory sexual inter course from day 10 from the first day of period and to day 20, the chances of pregnancy are much more. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Female egg and male sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then female uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these are satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.

You can do light weight exercises. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Especially you should avoid exercises like crunches and dead lifts which increase abdominal pressure. Regards.
