For fair skin of face: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week.. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

Botox & Fillers - Get a Rejuvenated Skin!

With age, the skin begins to deteriorate and gradually lose its function and appearance.  The underlying layers of collagen, which give it the firmness and elasticity begin to gradually break down, leading to sagging of the skin, dark spots and pigments, and dull, lusterless skin.  

This causes cosmetic and psychological concerns, given that most people (especially women) become extremely conscious about these and want to avoid these ageing effects of skin. Over the past few decades, skin fillers and Botox have begun to play a major role in skin rejuvenation, especially from the various ageing effects.  

Let us look at these two methods and how they have worked their magic around skin care.

Botox: The neurotoxin from botulinum A was actually used for treating muscular disorders to cause paralysis and prevent repeated twitching. However, it was later realised that the same effect could be used in skin to reduce ageing effects.  Used commonly in the crow’s feet area, forehead and frown lines, the injected Botox causes paralysis of the underlying muscles.  

This reduces the muscular activity and so the muscles relax and soften.  This produces a younger looking appearance.  In addition, these paralysed muscles also give some time for the elastin and collagen to recover.

The Botox injections are usually done in the outpatient setting and require about half an hour to an hour. The areas for injection are marked and after the procedure, the patient can go back to regular schedule, including working.  It might require repeat injections, about 4 to 6 months later, depending on how well the skin responds and the expectations of the patients.

Fillers: Another routinely and commonly used way to manage wrinkles are the dermal fillers. The elastin, collagen and hyaluronic acid in the skin are lost with age and these filler injections replace the lost substances in very quick time and thereby restore youthful skin quickly.  Unlike Botox, the muscles are not touched.  There is a loosening of the collagen and elastin, which produces loose skin and sagging.  The fillers occupy the space left behind by the lost collagen and elastin and actually ‘fill’ up the extra available space. This gives a firmer, younger looking skin.  The lines and creases are actually eliminated. They can also be used to produce thicker lips, lifting cheeks and plumping temples.

So, if you are worried about ageing effects of skin, talk to a dermatologist to find out if Botox or fillers can do the trick for you!!

Exercise To Lose Double Chin and Cheeks Fat

Here are a few exercises to lose double chin.

Chin lift exercise: This exercise requires you to work and stretch multiple facial muscles including neck, throat, and jaw and hence, it is one of the best exercises to reduce double chin. You need to make use of your lips to do this exercise and you may choose to perform it either in sitting or standing position.

How to do it - Look up and look towards the ceiling with your eyes fixed towards the ceiling. Make your lips tight as though you are trying to kiss the ceiling. Remain in this posture for about 5 seconds and the come back to your normal position. Repeat this exercise 10 to 20 counts.

Jaw release: The jaw release exercise can help you get a sharply defined jaw line and strong cheek bones. With this exercise, you can work the muscles around your lips, cheeks, and jaws.

How to do it - Sit or stand in a straight posture and move your jaw as if you are chewing. Make sure your mouth is closed. Inhale deeply and exhale while chewing. Do this chewing rotation 5 times. Then open your mouth and push your tongue against your lower jaw. Remain in this posture for 5 seconds, then inhale and exhale again. This creates one repetition. You need to repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times continuously.

 
Platysma tone: The exercise provides amazing results in terms of toning your chin and cheek muscles and prominently defining your jaw line. Platysma refers to a muscle that originates from the chin region and stretches to the shoulder. When you work the platysma, you can prevent the sagging of the neck as well.

How to do it - Sit or stand in a straight posture. Open your mouth and pull back your lips in a downward direction. Press your lips against the teeth and move your jaw up and down. Make sure that the muscles of your jaw are being pulled and the tendons of your neck should feel the stretch. Repeat 20 times.

Rolling the neck: This exercise not only tones your jaw line, chin, and neck muscles, but it also reduces stress and promotes sleep. It tightens the skin of your neck and reduces wrinkles. You can be in a sitting or standing posture while carrying out this exercise.

How to do it - Keep your head in the normal position. Next, bend your head to one side and then slowly rotate it so as to make a complete circular rotation. Make sure that you keep your spine straight and your shoulders down at all times. Continue rotating your head in circular motion in clockwise as well as anti- clockwise direction for 3 to 4 times.


Exercises to reduce cheek fat

After exercises to lose double chin, it is now time to learn exercises to lose fat from cheeks. Chubby cheeks define a baby’s cuteness, but as we grow up, we have a different definition of beauty. We like well-defined cheekbones and prominently-sculpted jaw line. And perhaps this is the design that nature has created for human forms. However, some people retain their baby face and some may gain weight because of which their cheek bones may lack definition. Here’s how they can reduce facial fat and get a chiseled face:

Fish face: This exercise is a sort of anytime-anywhere job that you can perform while doing other activities such as watching t. V, taking bath, or reading a novel. Through this exercise, you can stretch your cheek muscles and reduce flabbiness.
How to do it: Pout your lips. Suck your cheeks and form a fish face. Try to smile while being in this posture and hold till 5 seconds. Relax when you feel the pressure on your cheeks and jaws. Repeat 15 to 20 times.

Cheek lifts: A wide smile not only rejuvenates the mood of the one who smiles and the others who witness it, but it also serves as the basis of the cheek lift exercise. A wide smile tones and strengthens drooping cheeks and reduces cheek wrinkles which make your face look younger.

How to do it - Take a comfortable sitting posture and smile as wide as you can. While smiling, raise your cheeks upwards and push against your eyes. Feel the tension in your cheek muscles. If possible, shut your eyes and do this exercise more conveniently. Remain in this posture for 15 seconds and then come back to the relaxing mode. Repeat the exercise 15 times at a stretch.

The blow-air exercise: This exercise makes use of almost all the neck and facial muscles and hence, it is one of the most effective and natural face lift exercises that can address both chubby cheeks and double chin issues.
How to do it– Begin by sitting straight on a chair. Bend your head back so as to face the ceiling. Pull your lips together and blow out air from your mouth. Keep blowing out air for 5 seconds and ten relax. Repeat 15 to 20 times.

The mouthwash move: This facial exercise not only strengthens the cheek muscles, but it also helps in reducing double chin.
How to do it - Sit in a comfortable position and fill up one of your cheeks with air. Next, transfer the air from one cheek to the other and continue to do so for a minute and then relax. The movement is very similar to what you would do while rinsing your mouth with a mouthwash. Repeat the exercise 5 to 10 times.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the pimple spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. I am feeling mysterious diffuse pain and discomfort in mine left breast. Nothing positive on investigations and test. All of a sudden this diffuse pain and discomfort troubles me alot. Few say. At the age of 45 setting of breast may be the cause. Or perimenopause symptoms. But really. The pain and discomfort I feel and face. Is unbearable. At that time it seems. Reasons for such a pain can be many, from gastritis to angina or heart problems, lump in the breast etc. Please get yourself checked up to find out the exact cause. Heart check up is important. Also, get a mammography done, which is a special x ray of breast. It is advised for all women after 45 years of age to detect any signs of breast cancer early.

Follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter!

Dark lips are caused by: Smoking Hyper pigmentation due to sunlight ( U/V rays) Lack of Proper Skin Care Allergic reactions are caused by dyes or fragrances in the products Caffeine Please try these tips: Apply a lip balm with sunscreen in it. This will prevent your lips from drying, cracking or changing colour. Cover your face with a scarf when exposed to the sun. Do not bite your lips. Drink plenty of water and eat fruits and vegetables at least 4 servings in a day. Eat sour fruits like lemon and oranges which are rich in Vitamin C. Apply honey overnight and keep it until morning. Do it for 2 weeks and you will notice the softening and change in lip colour. Try applying a mixture of milk cream (malai) with a bit of saffron to your lips.

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * take one teaspoon of lemon juice with 1/2 teaspoon of glycerine on tanned areas and leave for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. * you can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. You can apply pulp of tomatoes on skin and leave on for 20 minuteon and then rinse with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of besan apply it for 10 minutes and rinse with water. It remove dead layer of skin and tanning.

Use a de tan lotion to reverse your tanning. Prtotect your skin from sun. Apply sun screen every morning, cover your face when going out.
