Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Take high protein diet. Avoid outside food completely do regular exercise. Avoid junk and fast food. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan for you.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

I am a 25 year old male. 170cms and 85kg. About 2 weeks ago i started experiencing a lower back pain when i woke up from sleep in the morning. It was so intense that i could not even bend over to wear bottom wears. I applied some pain balm and took ibuprofen for about 3-4 days and the pain felt like it has come down to the right hip joint and became less intense day by day. But i am still experiencing a kind of radiating pain from the back of the right buttocks till the calf. I am not feeling it when i am sitting or lying down but i feel it when bending over with knees straight and also when i stand for more than 5-10 minutes. Is this a serious condition? What am i supposed to do?

Get youself checked by an orthopedic doctor.Also get a x ray done.you should avoid bending forward,n also donot lift any heavy weights till your pain subsides.Bending forward with the knees bent never straight if picking up any object from the floor.U can do some hot fomentation in the area where you have pain,take few physiotherapy sessions for the relief of pain.lastly you should loose weight,your ideal body weight should be 65-69 kg.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk. Products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Why Meditation Is Important For Your Health?

Since ages, meditation has been placed on a pedestal for its far reaching benefits. While on one end, it is known to bridge the gap between one's outer and inner self, on the other hand it is believed to be a pathway to enlightenment. Meditation has been scientifically proven to affect one's health positively. For a balanced lifestyle and a sorted outlook in dire circumstances, you must make meditation a part and parcel of your daily life.

The benefits of meditation can be laid down as follows:

  1. The way you respond to pain can be altered through meditation: Meditation makes you stronger and perhaps, more tolerant to body pains and aches. It empowers you to somewhat control how your brain feels the actions and processes in your body. People who face conditions like fibromyalgia, migraine or osteoarthritis problem can fight against the discomfort for a longer span of time through regular meditation.
  2. Meditation can improve your cardiovascular health: A healthy heart can make you enjoy more than a couple of advantages. Meditation is known to regulate blood pressure levels; while your heart rate decreases, the amount of blood circulated into your heart increases, thus ridding you of acute stress. A happy heart has more potential to exercise to further maintain its well-being.
  3. It will shun away your fears: The threat of a fear or a phobia can resist you from delivering to the best of your abilities. Fears are crippling. Meditation dwells on the principle of maintaining equilibrium between one's mind and body. A person is therefore endowed with the ability to deal with his or her personal problems. Meditation enables you to keep your fears on a leash.
  4. Creativity and determination can be your key features: A person who meditates regularly will have wider access to his or her talents. Meditation is known to hone your softer skills by making you more creative and innovative. It gives you clarity of thought and thus you will find yourself more focused on your goals.
  5. It makes you relax more and worry less: Meditation soothes the brain neurons. It prevents you from being anxious. Meditation makes you so very engrossed in the moment that fretting over the future will slip your attention altogether. You live a happier life if you meditate regularly.

Hi, Blackheads are initial stage of acne. Wash your face with Schwabe's Akne Sor soap, use cleanser, toner and moisturizer on your skin. Apply Bakson's Sunscreen before going out. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub on the areas, followed by Papaya or Apple pack on it. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Could be starting of piles .colour of blood is oimp to note as it changes the causes of problem. U need to consult further fir proper trest ment. Red indicates bleeding rectum and black suggest bleeding from upper gastrointestinal tract

I Am 38 years male, having dark patches (Mangu, Melesma) on the face it is spreading now it started with small patch on both the chicks now it spread all over the cheek and nose. In 2009 when it started I consulted the doctor, first they said" Idiopathic" they do not know the cause, but still they some creams like Linton, sunlite, skinlite, and so on, still date no improvement.

Take the sandalwood and make it as fine powder. Then add the glycerin and rose water to the sandalwood powder. Make it as the smooth paste and apply on the face. All the three ingredients are helpful in removing the dark spots, black spots.

Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

It's due to loss of concentration mind is not fix for study's. You take tejras 2 spoon after morning end 2 spoon after dinner for 2 month than report to me for further advice. Do arobic excersices, yoga, morning fast walk will help you to become engineer. Best of luck

97.4 is the normal body temperature that means you don't have fever anymore just take proper rest and good healthy diet you will recover in a couple of days for headache you can take tab paracetamol 500mg twice a day for two days

Autoimmune disorders tend to have serious effect on the eyes. It aggravates dryness leading pricking sensation, redness and irritation. It can cause inflammation in the sclera and uveitis. For dryness, you can use lubricating preservative free eye drops like Optive etc. Bedtime lacrygel also provides soothing effect. Regarding the further management, I would suggest. You to consult an ophthmologist to see what actually it causing your symptoms. Regards.
