1.Take one tablet of crocin Advance (500 mg) as and when required upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.cold sponging Sos 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Take rest 5.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen, Dengue antigen (NS1) test, urine Re/Me, x ray chest after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

Hello, you should do the following in order to get a proper sleep. *Set a schedule:-It is important to set a schedule for sleeping. Sleeping and waking according to a set schedule can help in overcoming insomnia. *Relaxation:-Make restful activities a part of your bedtime habits. Any activity such as a bath, reading, music etc. which relaxes you, make it a bedtime ritual. *Regular exercise:-Set a regular exercise schedule, and for maximum benefits exercise 5-6 hours before sleep time. *Avoid caffeine alcohol and nicotine:-Caffeine drinks e.g. coffee and tea should be avoided after evening hours.Alcohol and smoking before bedtime should be completely avoided. Along with this take Kali phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily.

These are called acne scars. You need a scar removal treatment. Go for laser scar removal, creams are not very effective for this problem.

Dear sir, I always get useless thoughts comes in my minds and I cannot control over it and it gives heavy stress on my brain/skull muscles and due to that sometimes I get headache, paining all around shoulder muscles, generate gases, neck muscles paining, paining and flickering of left eyes muscles, paining behind the left ear muscles and paining that vain which goes from left shoulder to left eye via left brain. Also, once I am continuously working more than one hour by giving full attention in my work then my neck muscles giving full pain. Finally at that time, I do not like anything, nothing makes me happy at this moment and I feel very awkwardness I need to go outside from the home or work. Sometimes it also gives a felling like that it is my last day on earth. Most probably this kind of things is to be happened when I am alone. Hi lybrate-user, Your concern in genuine and understandable! Though your concerns are vast and require proper sessions of therapy/ counseling. Here's what you can do to relax your self! Jacob's progressive muscle relaxation Progressive Muscle Relaxation teaches you how to relax your muscles through a two step process. First, you systematically tense particular muscle groups in your body, such as your neck and shoulders. Next, you release the tension and notice how your muscles feel when you relax them. This exercise will help you to lower your overall tension and stress levels, and help you relax when you are feeling anxious. It can also help reduce physical problems such as stomachaches and headaches, as well as improve your sleep STEP ONE: Tension The first step is applying muscle tension to a specific part of the body. This step is essentially the same regardless of which muscle group you are targeting. First, focus on the target muscle group, for example, your left hand. Next, take a slow, deep breath and squeeze the muscles as hard as you can for about 5 seconds. It is important to really feel the tension in the muscles, which may even cause a bit of discomfort or shaking. In this instance, you would be making a tight fist with your left hand. It is easy to accidentally tense other surrounding muscles (for example, the shoulder or arm), so try to ONLY tense the muscles you are targeting. Isolating muscle groups gets easier with practice. Be Careful! Take care not to hurt yourself while tensing your muscles. You Should never feel intense or shooting pain while completing this exercise. Make the muscle tension deliberate, yet gentle. If you have problems with Pulled muscles, broken bones, or any medical issues that would hinder Physical activity, consult your doctor first. STEP TWO: Relaxing the Tense Muscles This step involves quickly relaxing the tensed muscles. After about 5 seconds, let all the tightness flow out of the tensed muscles. Exhale as you do this step. You should feel the muscles become loose and limp, as the tension flows out. It is important to very deliberately focus on and notice the difference between the tension and relaxation. This is the most important part of the whole exercise. Remain in this relaxed state for about 15 seconds, and then move on to the next muscle group. Repeat the tension-relaxation steps. After completing all of the muscle groups, take some time to enjoy the deep state of relaxation. Note: It can take time to learn to relax the body and notice the difference between tension and relaxation. At first, it can feel uncomfortable to be focusing on your body, but this can become quite enjoyable over time. The Different Muscle Groups During this exercise, you will be working with almost all the major muscle groups in your body. To make it easier to remember, start with your feet and systematically move up (or if you prefer, you can do it in the reverse order, from your forehead down to your feet). For example: Foot (curl your toes downward) Lower leg and foot (tighten your calf muscle by pulling toes towards you) Entire leg (squeeze thigh muscles while doing above) (Repeat on other side of body) Hand (clench your fist) Entire right arm (tighten your biceps by drawing your forearm up towards your Shoulder and “make a muscle”, while clenching fist) (Repeat on other side of body) Buttocks (tighten by pulling your buttocks together) Stomach (suck your stomach in) Chest (tighten by taking a deep breath) Neck and shoulders (raise your shoulders up to touch your ears) Mouth (open your mouth wide enough to stretch the hinges of your jaw) Eyes (clench your eyelids tightly shut) Forehead (raise your eyebrows as far as you can). Practice this, but, your situation demands detailed analysis and monitoring of thoughts as well. Many a times, stress and ache are connected to the way of thinking. Osteoporosis Spine Fractures: Risks, Symptoms and Treatments

Osteoporosis is a condition wherein the bones become brittle and weak; so much so that even mildly stressful activities such as coughing, bending over or even a slight fall (such as the one from a high rise chair) can result in fractures. Osteoporosis-related fractures commonly occur in the spine, hip or the wrist. The human body has a continuous mechanism of bone absorption and removal. In case of osteoporosis, the creation of new bones doesn’t happen in accordance with the removal of old bones.

Spinal Fractures:

The bones of the spine get extremely vulnerable to breakage and even cracking open. The fractures in the spine, also known as vertebral compression fractures can cause a sharp stinging pain in the back that may make sitting, standing, or even walking a very tardy task.

Risk Factors:

  1. Increasing age

  2. Abnormally less or high body weight

  3. Smoking

  4. Menopause or low levels of sex hormones

  5. Gender: This disorder is more likely to affect women as compared to men. Also women, who are above 50 are more likely to suffer from this debilitating disorder.

  6. Race is a significant risk factor of osteoporosis. If you are of Asian descent, you are more likely to be affected by it.

  7. Having a family history of osteoporosis will put you at a greater risk of this disorder.

Symptoms:

  1. Fractured or collapsed vertebra causing back pain

  2. A stooped posture

  3. A shrunken appearance (as if one has had loss of height)

  4. Very fragile bones, thus increasing risks of fractures

  5. Severe and sudden pain in the back

  6. Difficulty in twisting or bending the body

Lower spine fractures are way more troublesome as compared to fractures in the upper spine. Fracturing more than a bone in the spine also remains a huge possibility.

Diagnosis and Treatment:

Firstly, an X-ray or a computerized tomography (CT scan) will be done to have a closer look at the bones. A bone density test is another commonly used method of diagnosing osteoporosis.

  1. Steroids and medications: Some medications may be used to prevent or combat osteoporosis. These include alendronate, ibandronate, risedronate and zoledronic acid.

  2. Physical therapy: Just like muscles, bones get stronger too when you exercise. Weight-bearing and muscle- strengthening exercises are the most helpful in this regard and are considered best for the treatment of osteoporosis. Cardiovascular exercises such as walking, jogging or even swimming can prove to be immensely beneficial.

  3. Diet: Make a diet chart that includes high-calcium food items, dairy products such as yogurt, cheese, and low-fat milk, tofu, green vegetables such as collard greens and broccoli, sea fish such as salmon and sardines.

  4. Salt: Limit salt intake

  5. Therapy: Hormone replacement therapy (treatment method consisting of estrogens to alleviate and treat symptoms of osteoporosis) is another method of treatment that can be recommended by the doctor. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

This is very subjective. If your teeth are healthy you do not relly need anything. But if you like" white" teeth you may consider getting them bleached.

Hello. Slight injury to alveolar &/ lingual nerve while giving local anaesthesia may leads to numbness and sensation in lower lip and chin. First of all you have to check is there any alteration in taste perception, as there is a long span of suffering. There are many interventions or treatments available, surgical and non‐surgical, that may enhance recovery, including improving sensation, supplements such as multivitamins, antioxidants, renerve plus for a month.

Jogging and gym is not the solution to increase your weight. Take banana shake daily. Also take 10 soaked almonds on the morning grind it with 40 gram butter and sugar. Apply it on chappati or bread eat it with milk daily fir two to three months.

Excess of sour taste of lemon is surely not good for health. one glass of lemon juice (200 ml), with pinch of salt and sugar with some black pepper is sufficient. for a day.

*To control the oily secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oily secretion on face So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging . Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes . • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes . * Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs daily . • Use a face pack of fuller 's earth (multani mitti ) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *You can apply cucumber juice or mixed with curd for 5 minutes and rinse with water.
