40 days is the time for internal organs to come back to normal size, uterus before delivery though it reaches the levels after 10 days but elasticity is not like before. Reason 6 weeks after a normal delivery is called post partum period. The woman is most sensitive, including mind and body. If she continues to feed the baby, uterus becomes normal soon. Bleeding is for first 10 days as red fresh blood, slowly it changes color to brown and then becomes yellow discharge. But bleeding fresh after 10 days needs to be investigated for retention of some piece of placenta/ membranes. Do observe for few days more, if it is just spotting, ignore it. Remember that she can get infected too during this phase. Do tell her to feed the baby. Not to take heavy supplements like dates, jeera, heeng, perinorm tablets, unknown ayurvedic products for feeding. Eat a high protein diet like milk and curds. Avoid heavy physical work.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. C) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days. Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. I undergone rct in 2008 now crown is out, what are implications for not fixing another crown?

Hi lybrate-user, To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. 2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. First, apply heat to your eyes by rubbing your palms together and then placing them over your eyes. Hold your hands over your eyes for five to 10 seconds, and then repeat. Do this before performing any eye exercises in order to prepare your eyes! Start exercising by rolling your eyes. Eating a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables will seriously help improve your eyesight and keep it from deteriorating. It is also important to eat the right vitamins to support eye health. Vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin A, C, and E, are all important to eye health. Anti-oxidants (remember eating carrots for your eyes?) are also a great source of nutrients for healthy eyes. Our Rebuild Your Vision Program actually recommends 17 different vitamins you should take to support your eyesight Supporting your eye health is just one of the many benefits of getting enough sleep and taking breaks during the work day. If you work on a computer all day, your eyes are probably under a lot of strain. Do yourself (and your eyes) a favor by taking a break for about 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent in front of the screen. Simply close your eyes for a minute or get up and walk around the office. Focus on something that isn’t a screen. You can also rest your eyes by following the 10-10-10 rule. This means you should look at something 10 feet away for 10 seconds for every 10 minutes you spend working on the computer! One of the fastest ways to improve your vision naturally is to perform daily eye exercises. Eye exercises are meant to strengthen the eyes and improve vision. Using eye exercises can even eliminate your need for contacts or glasses. Get a regular schedule of eye exercises and try to do them daily – this will help you get in the habit of performing exercises and also help you achieve better vision fast Start exercising by rolling your eyes. Rolling is one of the easiest eye exercises! Without straining your eyes (remember to stop if it hurts), look up as far as you can. Then, look down. Repeat this 10 times. Now look to each side, repeating 10 times. After that, look in each diagonal direction. Finally, roll your eyes in a counter-clockwise motion about 10 times, then reverse the movement and roll them clockwise. Grab a pen and hold it at arm’s length, making sure the pen is at eye level. Focus on the tip of the pen as you move it closer to your eyes. Stop when you get about six inches away from your face, and focus on the tip as you move it back to arm’s length. Remember to do this slowly and focus on the tip of the pen. Repeat about 10 times. Massage your eyes after exercising. First, massage your temples with your fingertips or one of your knuckles. Move in a clockwise motion several times, and then switch to a counter-clockwise motion. Massage over your eyebrows and under your eyes as well. When you’re done exercising and massaging, apply heat to your eyes once more by rubbing your palms together. If your eyes are really tired, close them and rest for a few moments. Resting your eyes frequently, as described in the previous section, is very important to preserving the health of your eyes!

Lie on your back with both of your legs straight. In this position, bring your left knee up close to your chest. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Return your leg to the straight position. Repeat with the right leg. •2. Stand up with your arms on your side. Bend to the left side while slowly sliding your left hand down your left leg. Come back up slowly and relax. Repeat with the right side of your body.

Hypersalivation and rough tongue seems inter-related in your case. You might have fungal infection on your tongue. Take medicine for that and do regular cleaning of your tongue alongwith teeth.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat.limit fluid intake during meal 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.8.Consult me for further advice
