I'm a 26 year old male suffering from nocturnal emission. I have no way of stopping this, it's been with me for past 4-5 years now, and observations I've made is that my energy level becomes really low when an emission occurs, which I guess is due to the drop in testosterone levels, and I also am having some hair loss problems, because of imbalance in DHT I guess. Any advice would be helpful.
