Hello doctor. I am having white spots on my face. What should I do doctor. Please help me out. It is looking damn wei...
Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be becuase of deiciency of vitamin D (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i.e., without any cause). Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic Rx - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night and Ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20days (as it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with SPF 40 on the skin (specially the white patches/ spots) 20-30 mintues before getting out under the sunscreen and re-apply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

I am 19 years old, from the past few months there is excessive hair fall. Please tell some fast remedy to get out of it.
For a comprehensive, hair fall prevention regimen, you need to be equipped with a diet plan that includes foods that can arrest hair fall and stimulate better scalp health. Recommendations here include eating more seeds and nuts (almonds and peanuts) along with green leafy vegetables like spinach and sprouts of a variety of dals (legumes). Basically, foods rich in calcium, protein and iron are vital for ensuring overall health of the scalp. Combine this with some basic dietary supplementation, i. E. Using over-the-counter products that help to ensure wholesome nutrition for your hair. Regular intake of amla juice ensures adequate amounts of vitamin c but you can boost this with eating more guavas. Ensure you take a multivitamin that combines beta-carotenes, vitamin b complex, vitamin e and trace amounts of zinc and iron.

Sugar mixed with water and lemon juice will help in exfoliating your face and offer natural bleach to your face. The lemon juice used will help in lightening the color of your facial hair. These three ingredients combine to help effectively remove hair on your face as well as other parts of the body. It is advisable not to use these ingredients on sensitive parts. Ingredients: • 2 tablespoons of sugar • 10 tablespoons of water • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice • One small bowl Method: • Mix sugar and water in the small bowl. • Once the sugar solution is ready, add lemon juice into the bowl and mix well. • Now apply this sugar and lemon mixture on your face in the direction of hair growth on the face. • Allow this mixture to rest on your face for 15 to 20 minutes. • Wash it off with water after 20 minutes, by rubbing the mixture gently with your hands. • Repeat this process two to three times a week to see a reduction in facial hair.

I hv hair fall problem. I am really worried for it. I am 26 year old male. What should I do.
Hair hair fall could be significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress will increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of.

I am sunil kumar 25 years old and my hair fall problem from last 2 years. What should I do?

I am sunil kumar 25 years old and my hair fall problem from last 2 years. What should I do?
Hairfall in men has its genesis in androgenetic alopecia, or Male Baldness which happens due to sensitivity of dihydrotestosterone (a by-product of testosterone). Men get receding hairlines and baldness due to hereditary factors. Stress and lifestyle also has a big role to play in hairfall in men. Higher intake of proteins coupled with exercises can help put a check on hairfall. Most of us dread the thought of breaking endless hair strands each time we comb or brush. With the winter season setting in, dandruff problems go up, as the scalp gets dry, further aggravating hair loss in most people. If you love your hair, like I do, I am sure you must have tried every possible way of preventing hair loss. If you still haven’t seen any satisfactory results, switch to homeopathy. Homeopathy is a form of medicine which mainly aims at triggering the healing process in one’s body. Homeopathy offers quite a few medicines for treating hair loss. Many men who suffer from hair loss are found to have zinc deficiencies. Zinc plays a key role in many of the body’s functions, from cell reproduction to hormonal balance, and all these functions affect hair growth. Perhaps most importantly, zinc manages the glands that attach to your hair follicles. When you’re low on zinc, these follicles become weak, causing strands to break off or fall out. To combat this problem, eat zinc-heavy foods such as red meats, poultry, mussels, shrimp, nuts, and oysters. Excessive amounts of zinc can eventually lead to hair loss, so it’s best to stick to a zinc-heavy diet rather than eat these foods and take a zinc supplement.

Hair fall can occur due to many reasons like stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors etc. We need to access the exact reason to start treatment. Home remedy. Take 100ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time (mfg. By robin herbal healthcare products. Visit www. Ayurvedahaircare. In) & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Use clean oil if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines if required will be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. Do it for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Let me know after it and I will advise accordingly.

1.Make sure that you have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it in with a cup of warm water. 2.Place the solution that you have created on the affected area and wash it thoroughly. Do not wipe the area and let it dry on its own. 3.Do this about 2 – 3 times a day every day. It will help get rid of the jock itch in no time.

Hi white hair is a prblm related to genes. Means its a heredatory problem. You cannot do anything for it. If your parents grandparents or someone from your family have this problem you can also have it in early age. I myself had such problem at the age of 23. You can color your hair. That is the only solution.

Use B&T Hair Growth Oil Feed your hair: Have a good balanced diet Hair requires a good number of vitamins and minerals too. Vitamin A encourages healthy production of sebum in the scalp and also helps in hair growth. It is found in dark leafy green vegetables, sweet red peppers, mango, papaya etc. Vitamin B12 found in milk, and milk products, beans etc. Is useful for hair growth. Biotin is very important for hair health. A deficiency of biotin can cause hair fall and hair thinning. So, if you are suffering from hair fall, include foods like dairy products, nuts, green vegetables e.g. Cabbage that are rich source of biotin in your regular diet. 2. Give hair their building blocks: Have a protein-rich diet Proteins are the building blocks of hair. Adequate protein intake promotes hair health and in turn helps curb hair loss. Indulge in a protein-rich diet, which comes in the form of lentils, dried beans, cottage cheese and of course, milk.   3. Hydrate your hair: Have enough water.
