Diet containing lot of green vegetables & roughage and fluids, avoiding spices & chillies, will do a lot of good. A regular physical will also exercise. Don't worry about fluid that comes out. It is the extra mucous. If there is painful defecation and / or blood during defecation, the fissure might be active and that will need to be seen by a surgeon, physically.

Hello lybrate-user I understand your concern. First of all I would advise you to lose weight. As you have mentioned, your height is 5 feet and weight is 65 kg. So I am assuming you are a bit on the heavier side. Losing weight will help you with the pigmentation also. Apart from that, there are different types of pigmentation. I need to see your photo before prescribing the medicine. You may start an online consult for that. Take care :)
