Hello, tk homoe medicine @ colchicum 1000-6 pills, wkly. @ colocynth 200-6 polls, thrice a day. Avoid, jerk, standing for a long time. Junk for d, caffiene, cold intake. Tk care.

I had an operation in left leg hip transfer in July 2012. unfortunately nerve was injured resulting in leg drop. Still not fully recovered. Always numbness or pain doctors send speptic nerve parasis. I am 60. Where plastic surgery helpful or how to prolong? Please advise.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

My grandmother (83 years) is having pain around the knee area which is moving downwards. Because of this she is feeling the pain in her entire leg. This is happening in the left leg. The severity of pain increases when she lies down, but reduces when she walks or sits. Is this because of some nerve problem? Have tried cold and water water massage too but there is no improvement. She has been operated on right leg for the hip fracture and her movement is with the help of stick support. This pain has started since last 3-4 days. Due to this she is unable to sleep and is impacting her overall health.

Pain in the knee area in a 83 year old lady is mostly due to osteoarthritis or as we commonly call it as old age joints. Moreover she is bearing less weight on the right leg and more on the left, which further aggravates her condition. It is not something major to worry at this moment. Get a xray done and we can reach a definite diagnosis.

I'm a 22 year old girl, I tried strangulating myself when I was depressed as an attempt to kill myself two months ago. I used a charger cord. Tried a couple of times, gave up when I was about to pass out. Then I had neck pain for weeks, now I have lower back pain with my left leg pain. I looked up the internet it said scatia, (can be due to nerve damage). I'm not willing to tell parents about this. Can you help?

The following remedy would help you Natural home remedy using wheat, coriander powder, cuscus powder and milk: 1. Soak 60 g of wheat in water overnight 2. Add 2 tsp coriander powder in the morning 3. Add 2 tsp cuscus powder 4. Blend this into a paste 5. Take 250 ml of milk in bowl 6. Add the mixture to the milk 7. Boil for 20 min 8. Eat this lukewarm This will surely help you.

I am suffering the pain in the Right side of above the hip joint and stiffness while walking about 5mts. On MRI is diagnosed as lumbar spondylosis. Minimal annular disc bulge at L2-L3, L3-L4 levels. An elongated well defined perineural (Tarlov's) cyst within sacral spinal canal at S2 vertebral level. Last 2 month under treatment of Ayurveda not much improvement. Please suggest any effective treatment.

Only medicines will not work, you have to take kati vasti for this. Thank you tips- 1. Do oil massage on area and hot water bottle fomentation. 2. Some yoga will help u. 3. Erand patra decoction 1 time daily.

I have pain lower back. Its like wave from lower back to toe of right leg. It pains continously after gap of some days it pains more while sleeping or laying on bed. Just above the knee and ankle and lower back where the pain is more. Its like wave of paint dat ges from lower back to toe. Wats it.

It might be of sciatica nerve pain due to impingement at its nerve root level or possible of vascular lesions and to reduce pain take ift physiotherapy treatment for 12 days for about 15 min duration regularly use only hard even and firm mattress Luke warm water fomentation can be given at home for 15 min duration thrice a day for 10 days

My lower hip area is paining like hell I cannot bend it pains badly so what should I do to get rid of that pain?
Apply hot fomentation avoid bending forward activities avoid lifting heavy weights like bucket of water etc avoid long standing while sitting back should be well supported & use footrest do back isometrics- keep a roll of towel under your lower back then press your downwards, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times twice daily bridging- lie down, fold your knees, lift your back upwards, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times twice daily slr- lie down, raise your leg straight upto 30-45 degrees, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each leg twice daily.
