I have foul smell problem from last 1 month even though I brush regularly and have a balanced diet routine.
Bad breath can b caused fue to various reasons. Due to smoking n using tobacco products, dental prob such as decay teeth, unclean tongue, gum infections, reduced saliva n dry mouth, ill fitting dentues, salivary gland probs. Other diseases n infections which also cause bad breath r sinus infections, respiratory tract infections such as bronchitis n pneumonia, liver n kidney probs, diabetes, acid reflux from stomach etc. Get scalling done by dentist. Use proper brushing techniques. Brush, floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage your gums with your finger tips after brushing. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth well after each meal. Get your decay teeth filled. Visit your dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs. Inspite of these measures if bad breath persists, consult a general physician for further evaluation.

I have pain on my teeth and I am not able to chew anything so tell me what should I do.

BDS
Dentist, Noida
I have pain on my teeth and I am not able to chew anything so tell me what should I do.
Pain in teeth can be caused by many things like it can b due to-- 1-dental cavities which are deep enough to expose pulp (nerve) causing its irritation leading to pain and infection, 2- gum problems 3- any trauma to tooth 4- pain due to tmjoint. For better diagnosis and treatment plan visit a dentist for full clinical examination along with xrays. (as without seeing I cannot suggest you proper treatment).

Chewing sugarless gum after a meal is a good way to substitute brushing in between meals; it can help remove food particles from between the teeth.

ulcers r reflections of systemic prob more than often though they can b there after some kind of injury too. U may take a cap of bnc every day, locally apply metrogyl gel over ulcers, suck on tab bifilac twice daily, amend ur diet to add more fibres n balanced diet, u may add banana to ur diet, isabagol husk two table spoon every night r great help, drink plenty of water, ulcers n tensions r quite friendly so avoid tension hurry worry to avoid ulcers, women may get more ulcers around period time, students ard exam time ,follow these ulcers will stay away

My teeth become very yellowish especially back side of front teeth despite I brush them regularly. What I should do.

My teeth become very yellowish especially back side of front teeth despite I brush them regularly. What I should do.
Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with whitening (bleaching or laser) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedure can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

MDS
Dentist, Kota
Its surprising to know tooth erupting at age of 26! still you can take either ibuprofen 400mg three times a day or tramadol 50mg three times a day (assuming that you are not having any other medical conditions - pregnancy etc.) later show it to your dentist. I would like to see the picture of your tooth which is eruption at this age.
