Actually I am 21 years old but my body structure is not look like as mature as a common boy with his all body parts. I always think negative thoughts like sexual things. First of all stop watching porn movies..go to gym and do regular exercise...do the things u love,whtever may be that do that bt not the sexual stuff..think alwyz positive..do some yoga...try to get up early morning n hv a jogging..take nutritious food..u can do it and u will do it..think like this.make urslf bzy in ur work or study..study motivational stories...take dark chocolate whnevr u feel down...

For the past 2 months, I have been experiencing irregular breathing patterns especially at rest. When paying no attention to my breathing, it will start will a period of apnea, followed by deep inspiration (as if body is getting insufficient oxygen). But often the deep inspiration does not give any relieve. Salbutamol MDI does not provide relieve. Could it be linked to a lack of sleep? And should I be concerned?

Dear lybrate-user, you have not mentioned any History of Past disease or Family History of Cardiac or Chest disease, therefore it may be just a passing phenomenon. But in case you are concerned, then please visit a Pulmonologist and get your PFT Test done. Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) will disclose any hidden disease of Lungs. Meanwhile try getting Good Sleep, Proper Diet and Exercise for good health.

Night fall is very common problem in younger age. Semen production occur 24 hourly & it has limited capacity for storage. If you do not do ejaculate then nightfall is only way to come out of stored semen as its production is continuous process. 1-2 week frequency is normal. It is natural process. Same tips for controlling 1. Meditation and relaxation techniques. 2 avoid porn literature and videos 3 avoid alchol, smoking etc 4 avoid non veg. If these tips are no useful then test your urine ans semen and consult with sexologist.

This is a very common condition, particularly in older men. It is estimated that half of all men between the ages of 40 and 70 will have it to some degree. In younger generation, this could be due to various factors which can easily be taken care of. Do not worry at all about this. We are glad you shared your problem with us. From what you have said, looks like you are having something called as Erectile Dysfunction. Sometimes it only occurs in certain situations. For example, you may be able to get an erection during masturbation, or you may find that you sometimes wake up with an erection but you are unable to get an erection with your sexual partner. If this is the case, it is likely the underlying cause of erectile dysfunction is psychological (stress related). If you are unable to get an erection under any circumstances, it is likely that the underlying cause is physical. Common causes of E.D. are: • anxiety • depression • relationship problems • narrowing of the blood vessels going to the penis – commonly associated with high blood pressure (hypertension), high cholesterol or diabetes • hormonal problems • surgery or injury Erectile dysfunction can often be improved by making changes to your lifestyle, such as: • losing weight if you are overweight • giving up smoking • cutting back your alcohol consumption • not taking illegal drugs • exercising regularly • reducing stress Try Kegel exercises This is a great way of strengthening your pelvic muscles and gain strength for sex. It is like going to the gym, but for sex. Let me tell you how to do Kegel exercises. You have to practice it first. When you urinate, try to stop the flow of urine without your hands, just by contracting your muscles. The muscles you contract then are the pelvic muscles that are used during sex. Do not do this while urinating again, you can do this while you are sitting or standing, while working or doing other things. Once you know how to contract them try doing this a few times every day and this will strengthen them. Aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day. You should see results in a few weeks!

I am male 24 years old. Actually when I watching porn videos I get some pain and fluid comes out from penis. But recently I do sex with girl at that time fluid came and pain increased much more that day and penis harder for 1 minute only, but after the next day when I watch porn sites I did not getting pain and even not getting fluid and penis also not getting harder. Masturbation is normal but not the addiction to it. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Do not spend time alone, and socializing with girls will get you to develop a better understanding and respect for them, and have a healthy desire to relate to them fro gratification in many more ways than merely sex.

Hi lybrate-user, I can understand how painful neck pain can be. Here are some options that you can try on a regular basis at work. 1. One study showed the longer you sit, the more likely you are to have neck pain. Standing up frequently, whether to pop to the water cooler, chat to your colleagues or just go for a walk around- all will help. 2. Avoid holding the same neck position for long periods of time. Especially if looking down. Studies have shown people who look down (we call this ‘neck flexion’) for long periods are more likely to get neck pain. It’s easy to get caught up in a document you’re reading- so remember to move frequently. Sometimes document holders can help. 3. Don’t let work get you down! If you are stressed, or unhappy at work, you are more likely to get neck pain. Speak with your boss about changing things that don’t work for you. 4. Sit. Stand. Move. Repeat. Regular movement is so important we are mentioning it again. You can have the poshest desk with the most expensive seat, and the latest computer screen. However, if you sit there all day and barely move, you’re still more likely to get neck pain, as well as other problems. 5. Movement is key. And if you can add in some exercise (whatever you enjoy doing, it doesn’t need to be the gym) you are minimising your risk of getting neck pain- and also gaining lots of other health benefits!
